安联联手TH Real Estate成立中国奥特莱斯基金

Allianz partners with TH Real Estate on outlet mall fund in China


安联11月17日宣布联手TH Real Estate推出ERES亚太基金II – 中国奥特莱斯。该基金为一项核心增值型的封闭式美元计价基金,专注投资于中国的名牌折扣商场。

Allianz announced yesterday that it has partnered with TH Real Estate to establish ERES APAC II – China Outlets, a core-plus, closed-ended USD-denominated fund focusing on premier outlet malls in China.


有关交易由安联不动产代表多家安联集团成员公司进行。安联不动产是安联集团旗下的房地产投资及资产管理公司,目前资产管理规模达635亿美元(530亿欧元)。

The transaction was executed by Allianz Real Estate, the USD 63.5 billion (EUR 53 billion) real estate investment and asset manager within the Allianz Group, on behalf of several Allianz companies.


这次交易是安联将全球房地产投资组合约5%投资于亚太区的部分战略。

This deal forms part of Allianz’s strategy to allocate around five percent of its global real estate portfolio to the Asia Pacific region.


该基金的初始集资目标为7.5亿美元(6.4亿欧元),资金将用于收购两个稳定的名牌折扣商场,即位于北京与天津之间的京津佛罗伦萨小镇及上海佛罗伦萨小镇。

ERES APAC II-China Outlets is targeting to raise USD 750 million (EUR 640 million) of commitments initially to acquire two stabilized outlet malls - Florentia Village Jingjin (located between Beijing and Tianjin) and Florentia Village Shanghai.

Rushabh Desai, Asia-Pacific CEO of Allianz Real Estate, noted,“Alongside the traditional ‘bricks and mortar’ retail formats, outlet malls have been successful in attracting buyers looking for branded products at discounted prices. RDM Asia has implemented a unique single point-of-sale operating model and has done an excellent job to stabilize the Jingjin and Shanghai assets.”


TH Real Estate亚太区董事总经理Chris Reilly评论道:“成功完成首轮集资证明我们的‘中国名牌折扣商场’策略具有广泛吸引力,为投资者提供在中国投资名牌设计师折扣商场的难得机会。”

Honeywell launches a new consigned inventory management service


霍尼韦尔近日为其维修保养项目——霍尼韦尔航空电子保障计划(HAPP)推出了一项名为“委托库存管理”的新服务。

Honeywell has launched a new option called consigned inventory management for its maintenance protection program, the Honeywell Avionics Protection Plan (HAPP).


该服务面向公务和通用飞机运营商,可将其所需的航电设备存放在最靠近他们的服务中心,以确保其更为便捷地获取零部件。

This feature lets Business and General Aviation aircraft operators store the avionics they need at the repair facilities closest to them, ensuring parts are more readily available.

Consigned inventory management shortens aircraft turnaround time compared with existing programs, taking up to 75 percent less time to replace a failed aircraft part.

The protection plan is specifically designed to maintain high aircraft availability, helping operators save thousands of dollars in unnecessary costs from grounded aircraft.

Honeywell avionics are backed by the company’s Spares Exchange Program, which provides line-replaceable unit exchanges and rentals for both warranty and nonwarranty situations.

Boston Scientific appoints new managing director of Greater China


王俭日前正式就任波士顿科学副总裁、大中华区总经理。作为波士顿科学亚太地区管理团队的一员,王俭将负责公司在中国大陆、台湾和香港地区的业务增长以及人才团队的建设发展。

Jay Wang officially became Vice President and Managing Director of Boston Scientific Corporation, Greater China recently. As a member of Asia Pacific Regional Leadership Team, Jay will be responsible for the business growth and team building in Mainland China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.


王俭拥有医疗科技行业的丰富从业经验。在加入波士顿科学前,他曾就职于巴德并担任巴德中国及香港地区总裁。

Jay has a lot of experience in the medical technology industry. Jay joined Boston Scientific from C.R. Bard where he was the President for C.R. BARD China and Hong Kong.
