 历史与更新

  History and Renewal

项目位于沈阳东一环边，整个场地充满着历史的痕迹和记忆。随着城市、社会的发展，超大的百万方级别的地块面临着重塑、城市更新。

The project is located in shenyang east one ring edge, the whole site. Full of historical traces and memories. With the development of the city and society, the large land parcel of one million square meters is facing remodeling and urban renewal.

肇建于1988年的沈海热电厂，是当时国家重点能源建设项目，也是沈阳市自建国以来投资最大的基建项目之一。提到沈海热电厂，沈阳人都不陌生，在沈阳东部为无数沈阳家庭带来温暖，这里留存了太多人的记忆，早已成了大东区的地标。

Built in 1988, Shenhai Thermal Power Plant was a key national energy construction project and one of the largest infrastructure projects invested in Shenyang since the founding of the People's Republic of China. Mention of Shenhai Thermal power Plant, Shenyang people are not unfamiliar, in the east of Shenyang for countless Shenyang families to bring warmth, here retained too many people's memory. It's already a big East Side landmark.

古稀之年的“东贸库”，则始建于1950年。它是沈阳市现存建设年代最早、规模最大、保存完整的民用仓储建筑群，构筑了集仓储、运输、配送、包装、加工及信息处理为一体的现代化物流片区，对于沈阳物流运输方式的现代化发展具有纪念意义。

The 70-year-old "East Trade Warehouse" was built in 1950. It is the earliest, largest and well-preserved civil storage building group in Shenyang city. It has built a modern logistics area integrating warehousing, transportation, distribution, packaging, processing and information processing, which has commemorative significance for the modernization development of shenyang logistics transportation mode.

厚重的历史文化积累，曾造就了声名一时的沈阳东部“沈海”“东贸”片区。而随着历史的进展，两大连接区域面临城市更新。地块将会更新开发成一个极具完美配套和理想生活模式的大型居所片区。沈海热电厂会逐步地迁至郊区，并保留一些工业历史痕迹，演变成公园和积极的公共空间。

The accumulation of heavy history and culture has created the famous "Shenhai" and "East trade" area in the east of Shenyang. With the development of history, the two connecting areas are facing urban renewal. The site will be updated and developed into a large residential area with perfect matching and ideal living style. The Shenhai Thermal Power Plant will gradually move to the suburbs and retain some traces of its industrial past, evolving into parks and active public Spaces.

7栋东贸库的历史保护建筑会形成一个街坊式的、有温情和记忆感的公共生活服务街区。这是一个非常有意思也有挑战的项目，本次的设计展示范围是百万方大盘的首开住宅展示区。

The seven historic preservation buildings in Dongmaoku will become a neighborhood with a sense of warmth and memory for public life services. This is a very interesting and challenging project. The design exhibition scope of this project is the first residential exhibition area of one million square meters

 延续与重生

  Continue and Rebirth

我们尝试着去对场地的属性进行回应和修补。在这样的场域做居所，我们希望它不是孤立的存在，是对于场地的历史有延续和积极的回应的，塑造一个被爱包围的森林总体剧场，一个真正能和时代对话，延续温情和记忆的作品。

We tried to respond and tinker with the properties of the site. Living in such a field, we want it not to exist in isolation, Is a continuation and positive response to the history of the site, to create a forest theater surrounded by love,  work that truly speaks to The Times and continues warmth and memory.

01-森林 Forest

热电厂以前是对片区有污染的，打造一个纯净的环境，注入一大片的森林，将原来的污染源变成居所的绿肺。净化心灵的绿翡翠。 

The thermal power plant used to pollute the area, create a pure environment, inject into a large forest, and turn the original pollution source into a green lung of residence. The green jade that purifies the mind.

02-引领性 Leading

打造一种新的生活方式，去使整个片区强对比的焕然一新。注重舒适、放松和度假感，给人一种尊享的空间体验。打造极致的舒适，归家的每一天都是度假。

We hope to create a new way of life, to make the whole area of strong contrast refreshed. Pay attention to comfort, relaxation and vacation feeling, give a person a kind of space experience. Create extreme comfort, and every day back home is a vacation.

03-幸福感/爱 Happiness

将旧时工业时代的居所的温情感重塑进来，重塑有温情的邻里关系，增加互动，要有爱。通过使人幸福感的颜色和有疗愈感的植物，去影响人们的心理状态，使人感受如同被爱包围。

We wanted to bring back the warmth of the pre-industrial dwelling, the warmth of the neighborhood, the interaction, the love. Through happy colors and healing plants, to influence people's psychological state and make people feel as if they are surrounded by love.

04-历史记忆的延续 The continuation of historical memory

利用工业时代质朴、有记忆感的材料：红砖（东贸库的主体材料）和重塑工业的金属感。营造一种对场地历史致敬的现代精奢工业记忆风格。这个项目绝不应该是和其他项目同质化的。它应该有属于它自己的DNA。

The use of rustic and memorable materials from the industrial era: red brick (the main material of The East Trade Warehouse) and the metal sense of reshaping industry. Create a modern luxury industrial memory style that pays tribute to the history of the site. This project should never be homogenized with other projects. It should have its own DNA.

通过对于工业记忆DNA的重塑，打造出一个基于场地基因重生的被绿肺和爱包围的有温情感的诗意生活剧场。

We hope to reshape the DNA of industrial memory to create a poetic life theater with warm emotions surrounded by green lungs and love based on the rebirth of site genes.

 森林迎宾阵列

  Forest Welcome array

进入住宅区后的第一眼是极度使人放松的重生的林荫（考虑到北方冬天的需求，采用比较舒朗的树形，保证阳光可以晒下来），特制的水景，可静可动地营造着舒缓的迎宾的感受，一切意在使人可以慢下来，放松下来，打造精致内敛的尊贵品质。

Into residential one eye is extremely make people relax after the rebirth of the boulevard (considering the demand of winter in the north, a cloudless tree method, can guarantee the sun sun down), special water scene, build a soothing yingbin still or movable feeling, all designed to make the person can slow down, relax, makes the delicate and restrained the noble qualities.

以纯林为礼，用16颗美国红枫打造沈阳绝无仅有的枫林空间，隔绝了外界的躁动与喧嚣，力求用简洁的形式打造入口归家仪式感。大气整体的静水面辅以特色喷泉，以亲和的姿态迎接来客。高度的绿化率完全改变原来场地被空气污染的感受。

With pure forest as the gift, 16 American red maples are used to create the unique maple forest space in Shenyang, isolating the restlessly and noisy outside world, and striving to create the sense of entrance and homecoming ceremony with simple form. The atmosphere of the whole static water with a featured fountain, in a friendly attitude to welcome visitors. The greening rate of the height completely changes the feeling of air pollution in the original site.

情景感，平静的线条，历史情怀感的砖墙，稳重的石材肌理及色调，细腻的金属细节及线条，刻画着景观独有的语言与特征，延展出绝对的品质归家体验。

Scene sense, calm lines, historical feeling of the brick wall, steady stone texture and tone, delicate metal details and lines, depicting the unique language and characteristics of the landscape, extending the absolute quality of home experience.

整个空间关系和外部的工业痕迹产生很好的呼应和延续的记忆关系。外部的冷却塔会逐步拆除，使整个场地以后没有空气污染的担忧，对位是工业遗留的记忆和遗留的改造公共空间。

The whole spatial relationship and the industrial traces outside produce a good echo and continuation of the memory relationship. The external cooling tower will be gradually removed, so that the whole site will not worry about air pollution in the future, and the counterpoint is the memory left by the industry and the reconstruction of the public space.

 精神力骨架与爱

  Mental skeleton and warm love 

现代人压力很大，我们希望营造出一种被“爱”的感觉和对于场地记忆的致敬。采用东贸库的框架体系，打造成一个延续东贸库DNA的精神力骨架，并注入泛会所式的生活模式和人与人互动的可能性。

Modern people are under a lot of pressure, and we want to create a feeling of being "loved" and a tribute to the memory of the site. The frame system of Dongmao Library is adopted to build a spiritual framework of dongmao library DNA. And infuse it with a pan-club lifestyle and the possibility of human interaction.

归家，不再会是冰冷的。可能你的小孩，家人，邻里出现在你的视野里，或者正在这里等你回来，我们营造的是一种幸福感，归宿感。

Everyone is not coming home cold this time, but maybe your children, family, neighborhood are in your sights, or are waiting for you. What we create is a sense of well-being, a sense of belonging.

白天，来往住户可以在这里驻足休憩、阅读远眺、商务社交，感受光影与时间在树影下的律动；夜晚，透着微微氛围光，惬意而温馨，一幕幕生活化的归家场景在这里上演。

During the day, residents coming and going can stay here for rest, reading, business and social intercourse, and feel the rhythm of light and time under the shadow of the tree. At night, with a slight atmosphere light, cozy and warm, scenes of life are staged here.

在舒适的午后暖阳下，从书架上拿本书临坐水边，品着字里行间的诗意，好似一幕浪漫的午后红茶悠闲时光。我们做的不是设计，是被“爱”包围的生活。

Under the warm sun in the comfortable afternoon, take a book from the bookshelf to sit by the water, tasting the poetry between the lines, like a scene of romantic afternoon tea leisure time. What we do is not design, but life surrounded by "love".

东贸库的保护建筑主体都是砖体，质朴的红砖与工业金属质感的搭配，不失精致又致敬这个场地过往的记忆，一种延续。建筑朝南并研究入射角度，保证冬日阳光晒进来。

The main protection building of East Trade Warehouse is brick. The combination of rustic red brick and industrial metal texture is delicate and pays tribute to the past memory of this site, a continuation.

 林下流水镜庭

  The forest water mirror court  

行至林下，忽闻清音袅袅，循声而入，绿意浓浓，极致的宁静之处潺潺水声，更显悦耳，可独自思索，可相伴观景……悠游天地，随心自在。

On the way to the forest, I suddenly heard the clear sound curling up in the wind, and then entered, the green is thick, the ultimate quiet gurgling water sound, more pleasing to the ear, can be thinking alone, can be accompanied by the scenery...... Leisurely travel heaven and earth, the heart at ease.

一个放空的“场”，营造一种人一进入就是时光变慢的感受，流水潺潺和镜面互相结合，好像时光在走又停止，生活又好像是在度假，在全冠移植的大树下，微风徐徐，在动与静，虚与实，质朴与精致之间，每个人都能在这里找到一片属于自己心灵的空间。

An empty "field", build a person has entered into is the slowing down of time feeling, bubbling streams and mirror each other, as if the time is going and stop, life seems to be on vacation, and under the full crown of trees, the breeze slowly, in the dynamic and static, virtual and reality, between the simple and delicate, everyone can find a belongs to own heart space.

在这里，时光是变慢的，水瀑在特制的波纹砖上流淌，虚实之间，展现出极致舒适的空间体验。

Here, time slows down, and the waterfall flows on the specially made corrugated brick, presenting the ultimate comfortable space experience between the virtual and the real.

高度的绿量和全冠移植大树，是森感，这是我们希望营造出的一种的极度舒适的绿肺的感觉，来使整个以前工业化的场地积极重生。

The height of the green volume and the full crown of the transplanted trees, is a sense of forest, which is what we hope to create a feeling of extremely comfortable green lung, to make the whole formerly industrial site completely positive rebirth.

 森之八色

  The forest eight color

“森”并非只是单纯的绿色，对于颜色的控制和期待，也是我们设计中改善人居舒适度和幸福度的关键点。色彩可以改善人的心里感受，亦是幸福感营造的重点。

"Forest" is not just a simple green, color control and expectation is also the key point in our design to improve living comfort and happiness. Color can improve the person's feeling in the heart, also is the key that happiness builds.

通过疗愈感植物的搭配，影响、改善人们的心理状态。同时起到社区中植物认知、科普的效应。

Through the combination of plants with a sense of healing, people can feel the sense of healing, influence and improve people's psychological state. At the same time, the community plant cognition, popular science effect.

我们营造一种随着四季变化的植物大色调，“森”的颜色随着四季气候不停变化，在全年中，大体能呈现出8种色彩绚丽的色度，带来每个季节的美景。

We create a big color of plants that changes with the four seasons. The color of "forest" changes with the climate of the four seasons. Planted all year round, the tree can present eight brilliant colors, bringing the beauty of each season.

对于这片有种厚重历史和记忆的场地，尊重场地，以场地自身的DNA，来重塑、来使之重生焕发出生机。用更加质朴的材料和搭配去致敬之前的工业时代，延续场地过去的记忆和一些以前有温情的好的生活状态。

在这个场地时间维度的长河中，我们做的只是一个合适现在，联系过去的好的历史和记忆，并给未来一个更好的可能性。

For this site, which has a thick history and memory, we should respect the site and reshape it with its OWN DNA, so as to regenerate and revitalize it. We try to pay tribute to the previous industrial era with more rustic materials and collocation, continuing the past memory of the site and some of the previous warm and good living conditions.

In the long river of time dimension of the site, what we do is a proper present, connecting the good history and memory of the past and giving a better possibility for the future.

 质朴红砖

  Plain red brick

为了打造高品质的红砖景墙效果，我们几乎跑遍了上海所有的高品质红砖建筑，并对红砖的质感，尺寸比例、耐久性，砖缝粗细颜色进行比对，几经推敲才最终达到了精致的落地效果。

In order to create high-quality red brick landscape wall effect, we almost went through all the high-quality red brick buildings in Shanghai, and compared the texture of red brick, size proportion, durability, thickness and color of brick seam. Finally, the delicate landing effect was achieved after several deliberations.

 设计师「说」

我们在不断的抉择中克服场地和工艺带给我们的挑战，例如场地中的水纹砖，镂空景墙的红砖，都是需要找厂家定制烧模，特选大树几经调整，最终才得以顺利呈现。一个好的项目落成，离不开甲乙双方以及各专业的通力合作，感谢华润置地（沈阳）有限公司的大力支持！
