Do you have the budget for an outstanding event, but not the time or the know-how to make it happen? Maybe you have an industry-changing idea for your next company retreat but not the capacity to put it all together.This time, we’re looking for the next WildChina client. And, we’re going to plan the ‘wildest’ event that’s presented to us free of charge!If you’re interested in changing the way your company experiences corporate events, send us an email and tell us what your next event is all about. Send us the brief or even just an out-of-the-box idea. We’ll choose 1-3 most challenging, innovative projects, and all WildChina service fees, from preparation to implementation, will be on us. We need to know a few basic facts, along with your initial ideas. Where (if you already know) would you like the event to take place? How many people (roughly) would be attending? What is the event’s goal? What does your company do? What language would you like the event to be hosted in? Please email your submission to: All submissions must be received by: April 30th, 2020 (Beijing Time, GMT+8). 1. Is there any limitation to the kind of company that can apply？Not at all! Any kind of company, both domestic and international, government or NGO, can apply. We can provide both Chinese and English services. We will make it a priority to choose the company who's business has been impacted by COVID-19.
2. What is 'free service'? How does it work?Firstly, we’ll select 1-3 most challenging projects from all submissions. Then, from proposal, preparation until implementation, all normal service fees and professional fees from WildChina will be waived.
Other third party costs such as accommodation, transportation, guides, AV, as well as tax and the travel cost of WildChina Staff (where applicable), will be charged.
3. What kinds of inquiry will meet the WildChina brief?We’re looking to create the next industry-changing experiences. So, we’re looking for challenging projects that push corporate event boundaries. We want to showcase how much more corporate events can accomplish than just a dinner reception at an inner-city hotel. The event will need to take place in a destination with which WildChina is familiar, and that is safe and accessible. Commonweal project would be a priority.
4. How many companies could receive the free service?After we received your brief, we will get back to you as soon as possible and within 24 hours on a weekday. We would like to learn more details about your inquiry and your expectations.
Depending on your brief and the number and quality of all applications, we will choose between one to three companies to partner with. We will post the final result on WeChat if you agree when the project is completed.
5. When does the event have to take place？The event can take place anytime in the next 12 months, so between now and April 30th, 2021.
6. Can the event take place anywhere in the world？Yes, pretty much! There may be some exceptions to destinations, based on safety, COVID-19 outbreaks, or other restrictions. If you don’t have a specific destination in mind, that’s fine too. We can propose the perfect location based on your brief.
7. Is there any limit to the number of people the event will include？No! This can be an event for 10 people or 1000 people – it’s completely up to you.
