第三届中国—东北亚博览会法律论坛成功举办（中英文）

2021年9月24日上午，第三届中国—东北亚博览会法律论坛（下称“论坛”）在吉林省长春市成功举办，国际商事争端预防与解决组织秘书处作为承办单位之一，统筹协调，充分做好各项筹备工作，确保论坛顺利召开，秉持高端化、国际化、专业化定位，将该论坛打造成为具有国际水平和影响力的盛会。

面对国际环境新变化和东北亚各国发展新要求,为促进东北亚各国商事法律合作与交流,营造东北亚区域较好的商事法律服务环境,作为第十三届中国—东北亚博览会会议论坛之一，第三届中国—东北亚博览会法律论坛以“东北亚法律查明与交流合作”为主题，来自中、俄、日、韩、蒙五国的10余位法学法律界专家参与研讨。

中国贸促会副会长柯良栋出席并致辞，来自商协会、工商界、学术界、法律界、贸促系统代表等100余名嘉宾与会。

会上还举行了中国贸促会企业跨境贸易投资法律综合支援平台（贸法通）日韩蒙俄四语种热线开通仪式。

On September 24, 2021, the 3rd China Northeast Asia Expo Legal Forum (hereinafter referred to as“the Forum”) was successfully held in Changchun, Jilin province. As one of the organizers, the secretariat of International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization fully coordinated and prepared to ensure the smooth convening of the Forum. Upholding the high-level, international and professional positioning, the Forum was a grand event with international influence.

Facing the new changes in the international environment and the new development requirements of Northeast Asian countries, themed with Northeast Asian Legal Discerning and Cooperation, the Forum aimed to promote the commercial legal cooperation and exchanges of Northeast Asian countries, and create a better commercial legal service environment in the region. More than 10 legal experts from China, Russia, Japan, South Korea and Mongolia have participated in the forum discussion.

KE Liangdong, the vice chairman of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade(CCPIT) attended and delivered a speech. Over 100 guests from chambers of commerce, academia, business and legal circles, and CCPIT system attended the Forum.

During the Forum, the opening ceremony of the CCPIT CTILS.com multi-languages service hotline of Japanese, Korean, Mongolian and Russian was also held.
