The Great Outdoors Adds 14 Burger Deals to Burger Lovers Club

Burger Lovers theBeijinger 2018-10-18

Another week means another burgerlicious deal has been added to our ballooning Burger Lovers Club. This time, it's the turn of one of the few remaining venues on Fangjia Hutong, The Great Outdoors, to join the ranks of Beijing's other burger slingers who invite you to enjoy their wares at a discounted price. Sign up for free (see how to below if you still haven't done so) and for your efforts, you'll be rewarded with a buy one burger, get one half price at any time and on any of their hefty range.

Not only has The Great Outdoors survived many of its Fangjia Hutong companions, its terrace remains intact, too

Coming in eighth position in this year's Beijing Burger Cup, The Great Outdoors has garnered fans for its slightly disheveled, no-fuss atmosphere, which suits hutong diners on the lookout for a quick fix and long, drawn-out evenings with good company perfectly. A well-stocked fridge of imported and local beers certainly doesn't go amiss for the latter and in some ways that's the secret of The Great Outdoors' modest success: everything in its right place with zero pretenses. Add a terrace fit for these languid end-of-summer days and you've got a hangout fit for hours of unwinding.

With 14 burgers to choose from, you may be visiting The Great Outdoors more than your belly would like

As for the burgers, they've got a whopping 14 to try. If you're stuck, we'd recommend starting with the Chairman Mao smoked chili burger with fries (RMB 50) made using a beef patty, handmade Hunan dried sausage, and a layer of spicy Hunanese chili peppers, all balanced out with a rich layer of cheese.

As of earlier this week, The Great Outdoors join other mouthwatering deals from top burger purveyors like
Arrow Factory Brewing, Q Mex, 3 Little Pigs, Common Burger, and Fatboy’s.

With one more vendor on the list, we're yet another step closer to succeeding in our great experiment to keep you fed with the city’s best burgers!
