Following mass flight cancelations out of Beijing on Wednesday, Beijing Capital International Airport announced today that there are now three requirements for departing passengers, effective immediately:
Passengers must satisfy the requirements for travel as determined by their destination. Click here to see what we know so far about these requirements. (Travelers should also take note of whether or not quarantine will be necessary upon arrival).
Passengers' Beijing Health Kit must indicate "No abnormal conditions." Passengers will also be screened for fever prior to boarding.
Passengers must have completed a nucleic acid test within the past seven days and should be prepared to provide proof of the test upon arrival.

These regulations also apply to travelers departing from Daxing Airport, according to Beijing News, and it is the airline's responsibility to check each passenger's nucleic acid result documents. Additionally, airport customer service staff advise passengers to confirm the specific epidemic prevention measures being followed by your destination airport in advance.
The regulations are in line with an earlier announcement by the nation’s train authority stating that travelers must be tested within seven days of train travel.
It is not yet clear to what extent domestic flights from Beijing will resume, but officials have advised that residents stay in Beijing if travel is not absolutely necessary.
