The final round of the Sweet 16 Pizza Cup Taste-Offs is upon us this weekend – and tickets are SOLD OUT. That means it's all the more important that you keep your eyes glued to the Beijinger because the Grand Final Taste-Off is just around the corner on Dec 18!

In the meantime, those who managed to score tickets to this weekend's Bracket D Taste-Off are about to send their taste buds on a wild ride with incredibly different pies from Great Leap Brewing, Jing-A Brewing Co., The Pizza Show, and Pyro Pizza.
It's been a full house each time
Having taken the #4 spot in our Best Pizza rankings the past two years in a row, are heading into the Bracket D Final with one of their favorites, the Little Nunzio.
Behold Great Leap's Little Nunzio
This New York-style 16-inch pie comes loaded with a special cheese blend, house-made sausage, pickled peppers, chili flakes and basil. What's not to love?
Meanwhile made a splash when they started slinging sourdough pies back in 2019.
Jing-A's Yunnan Wild Mushroom Pie
This year, they're upping the game with the Yunnan Wild Mushroom – a white sauce pie topped with mushrooms and truffle from Yunnan province paired with mozzarella and ricotta.
, meanwhile, garnered quite the buzz when it stormed into Beijing – and the Pizza Cup – in 2020, rocketing all the way to No. 12. Now, they're eager to win hearts with their Meat Lovers' Pizza. This pie, which is also sourdough-based, is topped with San Marzano tomatoes, mozzarella, meatballs, beef sausage, salami, Praga ham, fresh basil pesto, and baby basil leaves.

And perhaps trying to stay true to the firey connotations their name evokes, is going to be slinging a Nacho Beef Pizza. Like a giant nacho in pizza form, it's packed with seasoned beef, onions, jalapeños, olives, tortilla chips, tomatoes, and sour cream.
