9月21日，梁黄顾董事陈柏源先生出席了由中海地产主办的中海云麓公馆全球巡展香港站发布会。梁黄顾为中海云麓公馆的首席设计师，负责建筑立面设计至施工指引图设计。
发布会於香港九龙海湾酒店举行，主辦方中海地產两位领导亲临支持。活動邀请了BRE中国区总裁Jaya Skandamoorthy先生和香港九龙站发展项目业主委员会前总主席江雅琦女士发表演说，分別分享可持续发展评估方法BREEAM及房地產投資心得。席上，陈柏源董事亦有代表梁黄顾介绍项目的设计理念和定位思路，以及对云麓公馆项目的期望。
On 21 September, Our Director Mr. Dennis Chan represented LWK to join the press conference organised by China Overseas regarding their latest residential development, Cloud Hills. LWK was the chief designer for the development, responsible for Façade Design through Construction Documentation.
Held at Kowloon Harbourfront Hotel in Hong Kong, the press conference was hosted by China Overseas representatives with guest speakers Mr. Jaya Skandamoorthy (Director of BRE China) and Ms. Chiang Ya-chyi, Angela (former Chairman of Kowloon Station Development Owners’ Committee) sharing their expertise in BREEAM and experience in real estate investment respectively. Dennis then walked the audience through the design and positioning process, sharing his excitement for this promising project.
中海云麓公馆位于东莞市凤岗镇，用地面积达 73,071平方米，定位为创新的中式半山别墅，糅合了中华建筑的精髓。項目既包含精致的东方美学，亦有着重功能性的西方经典美学，为更符合当代审美的文化载体。
Located at Fenggang in Dongguan, Cloud Hills sits on a 73,071 sqm site. Designed as a Chinese heritage-styled mansion, the development integrates the essence of traditional Chinese architecture, incorporating Eastern and Western aesthetics which offer delicacy and functionality respectively.
