1月14日晚，北京同志中心将协同Cue Bar举办“冬日彩虹商务酒会”。在严严冬日，煮一壶烈酒，听职场前辈谈谈过去的故事，结交来自LGBTQ社群的新朋友和盟友，岂不美哉。
On January 14th, 2020, Beijing LGBT Center and Cue Bar will co-host the Winter Rainbow Business Reception. Isn't it enjoyable to network with diverse and cool LGBTQ-friendly professionals and learn about workplace diversity and inclusion from our special guests on such a wonderful day?
“冬日彩虹商务酒会” 是一场具有性别友善意识的职场社交活动。秉承“尊重、多元、合作”的文化理念，北京同志中心意图促进职场专业人士相互交流、改善职场环境、创造一个具有多元性别意识的职场安全空间。
The Winter Rainbow Business Reception aims to offer LGBTQ-friendly networking opportunities for all participants. Based on the values of Respect, Diversity, and Collaboration, Beijing LGBT Center strives to promote professional networks, improve workplace climate, and create a professional and LGBTQ-friendly safe space.

At the Reception, you would get to know diverse and cool members of the LGBTQ+ community and their allies; you could network with incredible and friendly professionals from different backgrounds; you will enjoy fantastic performances from great singers and dancers; and discuss with special guests about innovation and D&I. Moreover, there will be a lucky draw with ¥5,000 worth of prizes at the reception.

Beijing LGBT Center
The Beijing LGBT Center is one of the most influential LGBT nonprofit organization in China. Established in 2008, Beijing LGBT Center is a non-profit, community-based organization which not only provides services including mental health counseling and community service, but also leads depathologization advocacy, transgender anti-discrimination advocacy, gender diversity education and workplace anti-discrimination advocacy nationwide.

Workplace Diversity Initiative (WDI)
The Workplace Diversity Initiative is a workplace equality campaign started by Beijing LGBT Center and its partners with a focus on SOGIESC issues in Mainland China. To ensure equal workplace rights for all LGBT+ people in China, the initiative aims to establish collaboration with the private sector to create more diverse, friendly and affirmative workplace environment.

SJ Benne
SJ Benne是一支来自于美国“音乐之都”——孟菲斯(Memphis)的女子单人乐队，SJ以她独特并极具张力的声音、诗意的歌词和真实质朴的舞台呈现为观众带来直击灵魂的视听感受。作为一名采用多种乐器和乐句循环器表演的艺术家，融合爵士乐、灵魂乐和古典音乐的声乐风格，创造出一个独特并有辨识度的声音，令观众着迷。
SJ视自己的音乐为一个渠道，传递着有意义的信息，并以复杂的乐句循环方式和现场演出形式为观众带来独一无二的表演。她在国际舞台上演出了她的原创音乐，并参与了各种充满激情的项目并广受好评。现在她正在筹备新的独奏循环项目，意在与世界各地的观众分享她的热情与收获。
SJ Benne is a one-woman band who shines with her deep, poetic lyrics and authentic, earthy stage presence. As a multi-instrumental looping artist, SJ utilizes her vocal music degree by fusing jazz, soul, and classical music vocal stylings over funky grooves to create a unique and easily recognizable sound that enraptures audiences. Her approach to music as a channel for meaningful messages combined with complex looping arrangements created live for the crowd to ensure that her performances are memorable. She has performed her original music internationally with various passion projects and is now embarking on her new solo looping project with determination to share meaningful experiences with audiences everywhere.
