8 Days of Rain Starting Tonight in Shanghai

Get out the rainboots and umbrellas, citizens of Shanghai, because it's about to be a wet week.

According to QQ News, a whole eight consecutive days will hit Shanghai starting tonight — and it’s not even plum rain season yet! The rainy weather is expected to last through the end of the month.

What's worse, a miserable summer seems to be in store for Shanghai, as the plum rains are expected to last even longer than usual this year. That will be followed by 14 to 21 'high temperature days' (days with a high of 35 degrees or above) — also considered above the norm.
