Drivers in Bumper Cars Tear Up the Streets in Northern China

Two drivers made a splash over the weekend by tearing up the streets of Shenyang in bumper cars.

But at least one netizen wasn’t too impressed with these two old timers racing dodgems on the road. “This is not a motor vehicle," the user wrote. "You should always stay inside the park with bumper cars. This is dangerous.”

She captured the two men breaking many traffic rules and driving through red lights in the capital of Liaoning on the morning of October 15.
The pictures, of course, went viral. Thankfully most Weibo users who saw the images had a sense of humor and commented that they would love to have a go. There were also question marks by many users about how these ‘cars’ could even work outside without electricity.
Unfortunately we were not able to find out which of these two men eventually won the race.
