Knife-Wielding Man Stabs 11 Children at Kindergarten in China

At least 11 children were injured after a horrific knife attack at a kindergarten in China's Guangxi autonomous region on January 4.
According to reports, the attack started when a knife-wielding 41-year-old man scaled a wall of a Pingxiang kindergarten and entered the building at around 3.30pm. The man went on a rampage, stabbing 11 students.
None of the injuries were life threatening, and all of the students were taken to a nearby hospital.
The suspect was detained and later identified as Jia Pengan, a resident of Pingxiang. Witnesses said that Jia has a child attending the school as well as a wife who teaches there.
