Secretary General Shi stated that, as an intergovernmental organization co-founded by China and ASEAN Member States (AMS), the ACC has been dedicated in creating a valuable interactive platform for enterprises from both China and ASEAN, fostering more practical cooperation and enhancing people-to-people exchanges between both sides. The ACC would like to strengthen communication with KADIN, PERPIT and CHINACHAM, so as to play a constructive role in advancing trade and investment cooperation between China and Indonesia, while addressing the needs of enterprises, especially micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). The ACC would also like to serve as a bridge to facilitate closer cooperation between  ASEAN and Chinese enterprises in such areas as vocational training and human resources for industrial upgrading.

Secretary General Shi also expressed sincere thanks to Antara News Agency for its continuous support to the ACC’s efforts in media promotion and invited Antara News Agency to join the Network of ACC Media Partners (NAMP), contributing to better and richer people-to-people exchanges between China and ASEAN, while deepening friendship between both sides through media promotion.

Mr. Bernardino M. Vega said that KADIN looked forward to drawing on the resources of the ACC as a platform to promote the five priority issues in such areas of digital transformation, sustainable development, health resilience, food security and trade and investment facilitation, so as to continuously promote practical cooperation between Indonesia and China as well as between ASEAN and China.

The PERPIT and CHINACHAM both stressed that the current dynamic development of China-Indonesia relations has created new opportunities for cooperation between enterprises on both sides, and looked forward to the ACC playing a greater role in deepening business opportunities and cooperation between both sides.

Mr. Irfan Junaidi said that Antara News Agency, as the largest and most influential news agency in Indonesia, would continue to support the ACC's efforts in promoting ASEAN-China media cooperation, and looked forward to working more closely with media from China and other ASEAN countries through the NAMP, so as to effectively enhance the capacity of international communication and media influence in shaping public opinion in the region.
