教师团队塑造了阿特黎尔的核心，这就是为什么创始人兼校长Marianne Daquet精心挑选每一位老师，培训他们，全年跟进他们的课程进度，目的是尽我们最大的努力让阿特黎尔的学生享受艺术教育领域的公平。

阿特黎尔的老师来自世界各地，他们是艺术家和艺术教育工作者，在阿特黎尔他们乐于将其独特的经验，技巧，特定的技能和文化分享给学生们，但其中最重要的是他们分享了阿特黎尔的愿景和信念：“艺术教育可以改变世界”！

The teacher team shapes the core of Atelier’s activities, that’s why, Atelier’s founder and director Marianne Daquet carefully chose every teacher, train them, follow them up all year year long with the aim of passing on to Atelier’ students the best of our savoir-faire in the field of Art Education.

They are artists, art educators from all over the world, sharing their unique experience, savoir-faire, specific skills and culture, but amongst this, they share Atelier’s vision and belief that « art education can change the world »!

Our professional and passionate team allows us to offer you the best art and creator courses in Beijing, and it makes us so happy and proud everyday to share our love for art with more and more students.

Sebastien 

高墨

高墨老师（法国人）是一位画家和艺术家，毕业于巴黎美术高等学院，主攻水彩画。

2004年从艺术学校毕业之后，他先去了巴尔干半岛旅行。之后去了葡萄牙并在那里定居和工作，他的作品也在当地的画廊展出。回到法国后，他开始为不同品牌和杂志做插画，如：Les Inrockuptibles, Libération Next、法国航空等杂志；知名品牌合作，如：菲利普德罗茨柴尔德男爵，面包师蒂莉；在音乐领域，如：环球音乐，Deezer 等。在来中国之前，他在意大利罗马居住了4年，在那里继续深造自己的艺术绘画技巧并沉浸在历史遗迹中。在他的艺术生涯中，他一直教授绘画、水彩画和插画。

2018年8月他来到北京，开始在阿特黎尔教艺术课，包括：基础、中级和成人绘画课程。他热切渴望探索中国文化，中国文化无疑将会对他的作品起到重要的影响作用。

Sebastien (French) graduated from the Paris School of Fine Art (l’Ecole des Beaux-Arts de Paris) as a painter and artist specialized in Watercolor. 

After his graduation in 2004, he traveled to the Balkan countries and in Portugal where he Iived, worked and was represented by an art 

gallery. Back in France, he started working as an illustrator for national magazines (Les Inrockuptibles, Libération Next, Air France Magazine…), brands (Baron Philippe De Rotschild, Baker Tilly…) and the music industry (Universal music, Deezer…). For the last four years, Sébastien lived in Rome, Italy, where he continued to develop his art of drawing, immersed in the vestiges of History. Throughout his artistic career, Sébastien has always taught painting, drawing, watercolor and illustration. 

Arrived in August 2018 in Beijing to work as a art teacher for Atelier. He teaches basic and intermediate drawing and painting at Atelier. Sébastien is eager to discover Chinese culture, which will, for sure, influence his works.

Nadia 

娜蒂亚

娜蒂亚出生于阿根廷，2002年后她决定搬到西班牙去马德里康普斯顿大学学习美术。她深信艺术对我们的学习，教学有益，并相信艺术可以改变世界。她主修雕塑和综合媒介艺术，发展了不同的技巧，这些技巧使她能运用到自己的作品中达到理想的效果。在她的硕士学习期间的研究中，她一直在寻找一种方式把当代艺术引入孩子们，使孩子们利用这个工具学习各种不同方面的课题。她相信通过艺术的介质认识世界会使孩子具备解决生活中诸多问题的能力，他们利用自己的创造力并发展创造力，了解艺术家和艺术运动，用他们的双手创造作品，整合材料，思考颜色的搭配等。她认为这是每个人在童年阶段都应该体验的一次旅程。

Nadia was born in Argentina where she grew up until 2002. She decided to move to Spain and studied Fine Arts at Complutense University of Madrid. She has the conviction that art could provide us with the tools to learn, teach and change a bit of our world.She specialized in sculpture and mix media, developing different techniques that allow her to reach the desired results in her artwork.

In her research for the DEA degree, she has been looking for the way to introduce the contemporary art as a tool for the children integration and learn different aspects and subjects. She believes that seeing the world through the art glasses, would provide kids with a lot of practical instruments to resolve problems in life. Using their creativity and developing it, knowing artist and artistic  movements, working with their hands, knead materials, thinking in colors… She believes is a great journey that everybody going through childhood should experiment.

James 

詹姆斯

James在乌干达首都坎帕拉出生长大，是一位屡获殊荣的非洲艺术家和艺术教育家，并在北京的创意产业中崭露头角。他通过以非洲特色为主的风格和对社会的热情贡献，激励了很多人，并拥有了一批新兴但稳定的追随者。

来中国之前，James在Kyambogo大学获得了艺术与设计教育职业学士学位。大学毕业后，他在乌干达当地的高中和大学担任艺术教育工作。目前，他正在北京电影学院攻读实验艺术和电影的硕士学位。他2015年来到北京，在成为Atelier的艺术教师之前，James在多个艺术教育中心有过教学的经验。与此同时，他也参与了很多艺术项目，涉及各个领域，如田野雕塑，织物装饰，绘画，实验艺术和电影。

James是一位多才多艺的艺术家，他的技艺不仅限于画布。他对艺术教育和知识传承的热情也使他成为一名非常有才华和创造力的艺术老师。我们非常自豪地欢迎他来到Atelier的团队。

Born and raised in Kampala, James Sserwadda is an award winning and remarkable African artist and art educator making his mark on the creative industry here in Beijing. Through his Afro-centric style and passion for the community, he has galvanized the international community and established a burgeoning but steady following.

Before coming to China, Sserwadda received his honors bachelor’s degree in vocational studies in Art and Design with Education from Kyambogo University. After graduating at the top of his class from Kyambogo University, he worked as an Art Educator in local Ugandan high schools and universities.While in China, he is pursuing a Master’s degree in Experimental Art and Film at the Beijing Film Academy. From his arrival in Beijing in 2015, James has widen his teaching experience in working for several art education centers before becoming an art teacher at Atelier. Outside of the classroom, James continues to work on many art projects expanding across various fields such as field sculpture, fabric decoration, painting, and experimental art and film.

James is a multitalented artist whose skills are not limited to the canvas and his enthousiasm for the passing on of art education and knowledge makes him a very talented and creative art teacher. We are very proud to  welcome him in Atelier's team.

Marija

玛丽亚

玛丽亚于2005年在制模学院完成了纺织品设计高中课程，之后进入贝尔格莱德理工学院专业研究学院平面设计系进行本科阶段的学习。两年后，玛丽亚决定在贝尔格莱德美术学院研修绘画专业。在她的传统绘画学习期间，还学习了艺术史，色彩技术，不同种类的绘画，平面设计和雕塑技巧。完成学士学业后，她申请了硕士学位。在这两年里，她致力于发展自己的风格。在此期间她利用了大量的纸张去创造装置艺术、探索了丝网印刷的各种可能性和在纺织品上设计了自己的图样装饰。毕业后，她开始在艺术学校工作，教导不同年龄层的学生。随后，她又与不同时装设计公司合作，并创立了自己的产品线。

因为对中国的喜爱，2017年玛丽亚来到中国，并开始在阿特黎尔教授视觉艺术、服装设计和缝纫等课程。

Marija finished High School for Textile Design on the department for patternmaking in 2005 and started bachelor studies on College of Professional Studies Belgrade Polytechnics on the department for Graphic Design right after. After two years, Marija decided to enroll in College of Fine Arts in Belgrade, in the painting department. During her bachelor studies that were oriented towards the traditional study of drawing and painting, she also raised learnt art history, color technology, different painting, graphic and sculptural techniques.After the completion of her bachelor, she enrolled in Master studies. For the two years, she devoted her interest to developing her own style. During that period she worked a lot with paper creating installations, exploring the possibilities of screen printing and creating her own patterns on textiles.After graduation, she began to work in art schools with children of different ages. Then she dedicated herself to fashion design worked with different companies and even led her own line.

Because of the interests in chinese culture, Marija came to China 2017, and became an art teacher at Atelier, teaching visual art,fashion design and sewing class etc..

Guillaume

盖遥墨

盖遥墨老师出生于瑞士，在法国完成的学业。从法国美术学校毕业后，他在里昂的法国数字艺术协会致力于传播数字艺术实践。主要负责协会的艺术拓展和发展观众对数字艺术媒介的认识。在这个协会工作后，他在公共图书馆工作。随后成为创客实验室的IT部经理负责数字发展和年轻读者项目。他的思维开阔并充满好奇心。他对新科技，机器人和数字技术非常感兴趣，擅长将这些科技融合到自身的艺术实践中，并应用到他的教学技巧中丰富自己的教学深度和广度。出于对亚洲文化浓厚的兴趣，他游历了许多国家，打开他对人生规划的新视角。

最终他决定来到中国，他在阿特黎尔艺术坊担任了两年的艺术老师和创客老师。他现在作为一名创客实验室的主管继续自己的教学生涯，跟这些未来的小创客们分享自己的创客知识。

Guillaume was born in Switzerland and educated in France. After graduating from a French Fine Art School, he worked for a Digital Art French association dedicated to the diffusion of practices in Lyon. He was responsible for the practice of art outreach and audience development for the digital art mediation pole of the association. After this associative experience, Guillaume worked at a public library and Fablab as an IT Manager in charge of digital development and Young Audience Programs. Guillaume is open-minded and curious. Particularly he shows great interest in new technologies, robotics and digital skills that he integrates in his own artistic practice and use as a teacher to enrich his teaching tool-box. He travels a lot with a specific taste for Asia that gives him a new glance at his life projects. 

He came to China and has worked at Atelier as a Art and Fablab teacher for two years. He continues his teaching journey as a Fablab manager and shares his maker knowledge with more little future makers in China.

Olivier

杨铎

Olivier是一名法国画家，学习油画多年,曾师从于法国著名艺术家巴尔蒂斯。油画和壁画（蛋彩画，壁画）专业硕士毕业于CAFA（中央美术学院),曾在多个艺术领域受过专业训练。有丰富的教学经验，并且可以通过英语，法语，汉语三种语言授课。他拥有良好的沟通能力和与人交往的技巧，曾有过教授不同年龄段孩子的经验背景。丰富且富有想象力的教学方式，以及对艺术鉴赏循序渐进的培养能力，激发孩子们的灵感。启发创意，开阔思维。他在阿特黎尔艺术坊负责基础和中级绘画课程。

Olivier is a French painter who studied oil painting for many years with one of the famous painter Balthus’ students. He graduated from CAFA (Central Academy of Fine Art) with a master’s degree of oil painting and mural painting (tempera, fresco). ---  Professionally trained in a wide array of artistic mediums, he has professional experience in teaching painting and can teach French, Chinese and English. With excellent communicative and interpersonal skills as well as an extensive background in working with students of all ages, his resourceful and imaginative teaching and talent for instilling art appreciation is sure to inspire students. Promoting creativity and open-mindedness, he now teaches basic and intermediate drawing and painting at Atelier.

Alice

李燕

李燕老师毕业于艺术设计和学前教育专业，她致力于儿童的美术教育。在近十年的工作生涯中，她获得了丰富的工作经验并能够和孩子们愉快地相处。李老师了解孩子们在生理上和心理上的需求，最重要的是，她将爱倾注到孩子们的身上，孩子们也对她予以同样的爱。她的学生能在她的课堂上收获欢乐并且他们都乐于参加她的课程。孩子们对世界的观察力和创造力都通过她的课程得到了提高。正如一位小女孩的家长所说的，李老师的课堂“培养了她的孩子对于艺术和创造的热爱”。她从2012年起便在阿特黎尔负责幼儿和儿童的艺术教育。

Graduated from Art Design and Preschool Education majors, Alice has devoted herself to art education for young children. Teaching toddlers for more than 10 years, Alice has gained rich and wide experiences in teaching methods and getting along well with children. She understands children's needs, both physical and psychological, and most important of all, she loves children and children love her back. Her students feel happy in her classes and are eager to come to her lessons. The development of their attention to the world and their creativity is obvious. As the parents of a little girl said, Alice's class has "given her a real love for art and creativity". Alice has been teaching courses for toddlers and younger kids at Atelier since its opening in 2012.
