未来工作场景与创新的情感动力 | T-Talk
引言:
远程办公成为2020年互联网行业增长迅速的领域,尤其是随着海外疫情的持续,部分硅谷科技公司允许员工永久远程办公。远程办公“常态化”改变的不仅是办公形式,还包括与之相关的薪酬制度、团队管理、就业形态等系列相关问题。即便是抛开疫情的压力,伴随技术进展、业务场景多元分布,我们也需要做好应对远程办公常态化的准备。
和科技公司将人力资源分散化的措施不同,一些劳动密集型或标准化程度比较高的工作岗位则开启了“共享用工”模式,通过人力资源在不同企业间的再分配,提升了社会整体的人力资源利用效率。其背后所呈现的“雇佣关系灵活化、工作碎片化、工作安排去组织化”等特点,同样是兼具短期压力与长期趋势的特征。
在工作场景和工作模式变化的背后,科技正在越来越深刻地介入到人力资源的全流程管理,效率的提升往往显而易见,但在效率提升的同时,如何注入更多人文关怀?如何达成企业、员工共赢的结果?如何通过技术的助力,识别出更能促进个人、团队、组织“向善”的人格特质,行为特征、价值观念等有效预测指标?
腾讯高级顾问、HR科技中心People Analytics负责人,美国马里兰大学史密斯商学院院长席教授廖卉,在与我们的访谈中,她从科技与人才管理视角,与我们分享了她对未来工作场景、工作模式及构建“向善”环境、机制、文化方面的思考。廖卉教授曾在多种文化情景下研究领导力、战略人力资源管理、创新与主动性、多元与包容、跨文化管理等课题。先后获得美国管理学会“Cummings 组织行为学学术成就奖”、“人力资源学术成就奖”、美国产业与组织心理学会“职涯早期杰出贡献奖”,并当选为美国管理学会、美国心理学会、美国心理科学学会Fellow。
