全球播出！为和平而来，看中国军人铸剑为犁，造福一方！

近日，湖南广播电视台新闻中心推出了5集军事题材新闻专题片《为和平而来》，讲述维和官兵的故事，展现中国军队服务构建人类命运共同体作出的巨大贡献，展示维和官兵的良好形象和青春风采。

节目将于9月8日-9月12日每天18:00在湖南卫视首播，芒果TV同步播出，并于美东时间9月8日-9月12日18:30、欧洲伦敦时间9月9日-9月13日19:00、非洲开普敦时间9月9日-9月13日20:00登陆湖南国际频道全球播出，每集时长29分钟。

和平与发展是时代的主题，二者相互依存，相互促进。中国维和军人在充满危险、困难和挑战的环境中，不仅圆满执行维和任务，还积极帮扶当地民众改善生产生活条件，鼓励和支持他们用发展来实现和平、维护和平，赢得当地民众由衷的信任和赞许。《为和平而来》第三集，带您走近中国第9批赴南苏丹(瓦乌)维和部队，以及中国第18批赴黎巴嫩维和建筑工兵分队，看中国维和军人如何铸剑为犁，造福一方。

Peace and development remain the themes of the times. They are interdependent and mutually reinforcing. Working in the difficult, dangerous and challenging situation, Chinese peacekeepers not only successfully implement their mandate of peacekeeping, but also actively assist the local population in improving their living conditions, and encourage them to achieve lasting peace through development. By so doing, they have won the heart and soul of the local population. This is Episode III of We are Here for Peace. It tells the stories of the 9th Chinese Peacekeeping troops (deployed in Wau) in South Sudan and the 18th Chinese Peacekeeping Construction Engineering Company in Lebanon. It shows how the Chinese peacekeepers beat swords into ploughshares to bring prosperity to the local population.

2018年9月，我国第9批赴南苏丹瓦乌工兵、医疗分队共331人部署到这里，进行为期一年的维和任务。工兵分队主要任务是修建道路，桥梁，机场等设施。

The 9th Chinese peacekeeping troops consist of one engineering company and one Level 2 hospital. With a total of 331 personnel, the troops were deployed to Wau in Sept 2018 to conduct peacekeeping operation for a year.The engineering company is mainly responsible for repairing and constructing roads, bridges and airports.

回国前，中国第9批赴南苏丹维和工兵连以及维和医疗队全体官兵在联合国营地被授予联合国“和平荣誉勋章”。

Before rotation, all members of the 9th Chinese Engineering Company and Level 2 Hospital are awarded the UN Peace Honor medals.

1978年，联合国向黎巴嫩派遣联合国驻黎巴嫩临时部队，由于中东地区冲突不断，这一“临时”，就“临时”了四十多年。目前，全球共有45个出兵国向黎巴嫩派遣维和部队，中国建筑工兵分队，是联黎部队最大的一支直属建筑工兵分队，承担着道路施工、工程建设、人道主义救援等任务。

UN began to deploy United Nations Interim Forces to Lebanon in 1978. Due to continuous conflicts, theinterim forces have been interim for 40-odd years. Currently, there are altogether 45 Troop Contributing Countries dispatching troops here. The Chinese Construction Engineering Company is the biggest construction engineering company of the Interim Forces. They undertake many tasks such as road construction and maintenance, engineering construction, and humanitarian aids.

中国建筑工兵分队不仅以“中国质量”为联黎部队和当地人民改善生产生活条件，还组织进村义诊，去学校教当地孩子武术、中文。他们是中东硝烟下的和平使者，被当地人称为“最可爱的东方朋友”。

Chinese Engineering Company makes due contribution to supporting UNIFIL and improving the local population’s well-beings with good quality engineering service. Moreover, Chinese peacekeepers organize outreach activities in providing free medical service to local villages and offeringmartial arts andChinese classes to school children. Amid the wars and conflicts in Middle East, Chinese peacekeepers are the messengers of peace and they are regarded as “the loveliest friends from the East”.

我们以自己的实际行动彰显中国爱和平、负责任的大国形象，展示出中国军队威武之师、文明之师、和平之师的良好形象，同时也是落实习近平主席着眼人类发展和世界前途提出人类命运共同体的理念的具体行动。
