上海光启文化广场项目位于上海市斜土路, 创世纪花苑以东、三角街以南、上海五月天以西、斜土路以东北地块。项目由两栋主楼和附属的市政建设用房组成。

Located at Xietu Road, Shanghai, Guangqi Culture Square is to the east of Chuangshiji Garden, to the south of Triangle Street, to the west of Shanghai Wuyuetian residence area and to the northeast of Xietu Road, consisting of two towers and affiliated municipal construction rooms.


两栋主楼均为办公建筑;南楼地上14层,北楼地上6层,地下主要功能为地下机动车停车库,两栋主楼的地下空间连通。

Both of the two towers are office buildings. The south tower has 14 above-grade floors while the north one has 6 above-grade floors; underground spaces of the two towers are connected which serve as underground motor vehicle parking.



项目地处上海繁华的徐家汇商圈,地段土地价值高,但用地面积狭小,周围被高层住宅紧密包围,住宅与办公楼相互干扰的可能性十分突出,而且商业价值也不容易发挥。针对这些不利因素和特点,本项目充分发挥建筑、景观、室内设计等全专业服务的优势,各个专业相互配合,从项目的开始阶段就一起介入,共同确立解决方案。

Since the project is located in the busy Xujiahui Business District of Shanghai, it has high land value. However, the narrow project site is surrounded by high-rise residences and there is great possibility that residence and office may interfere with each other and it is hard to explore its commercial value. With regard to all these negative factors, this project gives full play of professional services of architecture, landscape and interior design etc. and involves all disciplines from the very beginning of the project to work in joint effort for project solution.




在首层大堂的处理上,设计充分发挥了全专业的配合。在狭小的用地上设计的两栋办公楼,无论是与现存的住宅之间还是两个办公楼自身之间的距离都比较小,办公首层也都需要大堂和商业店铺,因此,我们提出了使首层室内外连为一体的广场概念,在首层的立面上选用了通透性很强的肋玻璃,同时,大堂的室内设计和景观设计同步进行,在铺地材料的确定和灯具的选用上相互配合,最终达到建筑首层内外通透、犹如一体的效果,从而为狭小的基地带来相对宽阔的感觉。室内设计的暖色灯光在傍晚和夜间也能充分展示,虽然基地离主要城市道路开口比较深远,但仍然容易被行人发现,从而提高商业的价值。

Coordination of all disciplines is fully utilized in design of ground floor lobby. It is a great challenge to design two office buildings in such a narrow site. Distances to existing residence and between the two office buildings are relatively small and lobby & stores are required for the ground floor of office. Therefore, we propose the concept of connecting indoor & outdoor spaces of the ground floor. Clear glass fin is selected for the ground floor façade; meanwhile, interior design and landscape design of the lobby are provided synchronously and selection of paving materials and lighting fixtures is fully coordinated. In this way, interior and exterior spaces of the ground floor are connected as a whole which creates a sense of spaciousness in such a small site. Interior warm lighting can be fully displayed in both daytime and at night. It is easy to find the entrance to the site despite of the long distance from municipal road and thus commercial value of the buildings is enhanced.




景观设计突出前院与后院的划分。前院多做铺地等硬质地面,与具有通透感的首层室内设计相衔接以形成““广场”;后院则大量种植植被,并将车行道设计成曲线形的道路,使后院宛若办公楼的后花园,也一定程度上隔离了住宅和办公楼。

Highlight division of the front courtyard and the back courtyard in landscape design. Provide hard pavement in the front courtyard to connect with the interior design of ground floor to form a “square”; Provide large amount of plantings and curve vehicular road in the back courtyard to make it the back garden of the office which separates residence and office to some extent.
