1.为何要成为西浦注册雇主
欢迎您加入西浦雇主大家庭！成为西浦注册雇主，将是开启校企合作的开始。雇主可以登录西浦就业官方网站随时发布招聘信息，查看学生投递情况，获取西浦就业活动信息等。此外，通过注册，更加方便我们同您取得联系，进而拓展长久合作。
2. 如何注册
进入网站：
http://careers.xjtlu.edu.cn
Access to the website:
http://careers.xjtlu.edu.cn
点击网站右上角“注册”，进入以下界面：
Click "Register" in the upper right corner of the website to enter the following interface.
选择“企业”，进入注册界面，填写信息，填写完毕后点击页面底部“提交”。
Select "Company" before entering the registration interface. Fill out the information, and click "submit" button at the bottom of the page to finish the registration.
我们会在您提交后的三个工作日之内审核您的注册申请，审核过后会以邮件的形式通知您审核结果。
Your registration application will be reviewed within one week after you submit it. The approval result will be sent to you by e-mail.
3. 发布招聘信息
注册成功后，返回主页“登录”，或点击链接登录：http://careers.xjtlu.edu.cn/Login?returnUrl=%2FHome
After successful registration, return to the home page and click "login", or click the link to login:
http://careers.xjtlu.edu.cn/Login?returnUrl=%2FHome
登陆成功后，点击页面右上角处注册姓名，将跳转至“个人中心”。点击“发布新岗位”后，填写并提交招聘信息即可。
After successful login, click your name on the top right corner of the page. It will jump to the "Personal Center". Click "Post new positions" to fill in and submit the recruitment information.
注意Note：
1. 新岗位发布后，就业中心管理员将在3个工作日内审核（节、假日除外）。
After the new position is submitted, the administrator will review in 3 working days before releasing (except holidays and holidays).
2. 注册雇主时，请填写英文公司名称。如没有，可填写中文名称，切勿空格。
When registering as an employer, please fill in the English name of your Company. If not, please fill in the Chinese name instead of blank space.
