Outstanding Talent
Applicants should be scholars with outstanding achievements and extensive academic recognition by international peers, such as laureates of international awards, academicians of the Academy of Sciences or the Academy of Engineering of developed countries, and other international top scholars.
Leading Talent
Applicants with full professorship (or an equivalent title) in a prominent university; with recognized academic achievements in his/her field of study and capability of leading the discipline to catch up or maintain the international advanced level, and with excellent organizational leadership ability.

Remuneration and Benefits
Remuneration
Successful applicants will be provided with competitive remuneration and welfare benefits, negotiable based on actual demands.
Team Building
Qualified for doctoral students enrollment with support of the university and department/school; recruitment of postdoctoral fellows will be supported.
Office and Laboratory Space
Competitive office environment and laboratory space will be provided.
Service Guarantee
Assistance will be given to the school enrollment for children and job for spouses; assist in household registration, permanent residence permits for foreigners, etc.

北京工商大学是北京市高水平研究型大学。学校办学始于1950年，1999年经教育部批准由北京商学院与北京轻工业学院合并，机械工业管理干部学院并入组建而成。合并组建后的北京工商大学步入了新的发展时期，综合实力显著增强，现已发展成为理、工、经、管、法、文、艺等学科相互支撑、协调发展的多科性大学。学校将按照“创新、开放、特色、质量”的总体发展方针，坚持“商科做强、工科做精、工商融合、双轮驱动”的办学思路，奋力谱写全面建设高水平研究型大学新篇章。
学校拥有阜成路和良乡两个校区，总占地面积83万平方米（1245亩），总建筑面积593万平方米。现有经管、轻工与食品、数据科学与人工智能、人文社科4个学部，13个学院，1个教学部。拥有应用经济学、食品科学与工程、系统科学、轻工技术与工程、工商管理共5个一级学科博士学位授权点，一级学科硕士学位授权点18个，硕士专业学位授权点19个，本科专业61个。各类学历教育学生1.7万余人。
学校现有教职工1600余人，其中专任教师1100余人。拥有中国工程院院士6人，国家级人才12人，国家“杰出青年科学基金”获得者5人，国家“百千万人才工程”5人，国家级人才青年项目5人，国家“优秀青年科学基金”获得者6人，全国优秀教师1人，享受政府特殊津贴专家18人，北京学者2人，科技部创新人才推进计划中青年科技创新领军人才1人，教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”3人，教育部跨世纪优秀人才1人，北京市百千万人才工程人选6人，北京市“高创计划”杰出人才1人、教学名师2人、青年拔尖人才3人，北京市人才计划项目人选17人，北京市科技新星11人。
