合同协议类
例句：
甲方可在乙方任职期间随时书面通知乙方终止竞业禁止义务，或在竞业禁止期限内随时提前1个月书面通知乙方终止竞业禁止义务。
升级前：
Party A may at any time during employment of Party B, terminate the non-compete obligations by written notice to Party B, or at any time during non-compete period with a 1 month's prior written notice to Party B to terminate the same.
升级后：
Party A may terminate this non-compete obligation at any time during the employment of Party B by sending a written notice to Party B or at any time during the non-compete period by sending a written notice to Party B 1 month in advance.
原句是一个并列句，内容完全对等。
升级前译文
「at any time during employment of Party B」如果一定要提前做插入语的话，可以在「Party A」后加一个逗号；
后半句，虽然中文「终止竞业禁止义务」重复重现，但英文如果直译，「to terminate the same」整个结构则显得多余啰嗦，而且「the same」来代替「the non-compete obligations」其实也有些大材小用。
升级后的译文
「at any time during employment of Party B」的位置中规中矩，避免了出错；后半句的并列成分结构也翻译得完全准确。

例句：
属于本规则第三条第一款第（五）项至第（十八）项的金融争议案件，除非当事人另有约定，因变更仲裁请求导致争议金额不超过500万元的，仲裁庭组成前，案件变更为简易程序；仲裁庭组成后，不再作程序变更。

本句译文主要在几个方面有所提升：
主语脑补。
本句主干是「案件变更为简易程序」，严格来说，主语宾语不对等，升级前未正确识别主语，选用了字面的「case」，升级后的模型通过脑补分析，准确捕捉到了真正的主语其实是「procedure」（程序），这一改变可以说是一大亮点了。
用词准确。
Alteration 和change都表示变化，但其实还是有细微差别的。Alteration的英英解释为「An alteration is change in or to something」，更强调一个物体自身的变化，change的一个解释为「to change something means to replace it with something new or different」，强调不同事物的选择。
以本句所提「简易程序」为例，如果是对该程序内的具体规定做一些变更，可用alteration，如果是针对某一案件的处理方式，例如从一般程序变更为简易程序，则用change更合适。

升级前的版本漏译了「吃一堑」。
升级后的版本不仅把漏译的部分补齐了，还将前后两句翻译得对称了起来，pit和wisdom都有/ɪ/发音，非常接近押尾韵（Rhyme）的修辞手法。
例句2：
愿得一人心，白首不分离。
升级前：
Wishing to be one heart, white heads never separated.
「白首」尤为难译，谷歌也犯了同样的错误：
升级后：
Wish to win the hearts of men, and never part.
升级前，「得」错译，「白首不分离」完全直译，和目前谷歌翻译的理解一致，略有些可怕。
升级后的翻译完全理解了「白首不分离」的含义，直接进行了意译。
