    2009年，我还在东莞一家大型电子厂打工，那时我是行政主管，管理全厂近300名保安。

工厂厂1998年开厂，1999年就购买了300万像素的数码相机，很多员工厂牌上的照片，都是这部古董级相机拍摄的。随着时间的流逝，员工厂牌上的照片也越来越模糊，员工在十年中的变化也越来越大，重新拍摄证件照就显得很有必要，于是人力资源部就组织为员工拍证件照。

在工厂，我喜欢拍照是出了名的。那时自己掏钱买相机，有时帮工厂拍客人到访，有时帮工厂拍业余活动，这次我主动找到人力资源部，愿意无偿为员工拍摄证件照。

这次拍摄，我想为同事们留下比较生动的图像，同时也能满足证件照的需要，就将相机放在三脚架上，利用自然光和一个简单的背景，为同事们拍摄半身照。而他们的证件照，从半身照上裁剪而成。

拍摄时，因为工厂有20000多名员工，就按部门，分时段进行。每次同时来几十个人，同事们之间总是开玩笑，我就先抓拍，最后才拍一个标准的半身照。拍摄了两天，约500名员工。那些坐在蓝色背景前，姿态各异的照片，就是这样拍成的。这是2009年9月4日及5日。

2009年底，我又想为一条生产线上的全部员工拍照。那时工厂每年都有一次消防演习，我就和生产部的主管商量，当消防疏散演习结束时，一条生产线上的全部员工留下来，为他们拍照。2010年1月1日，消防疏散演习举行，我按计划实施。这一次，我用两架相机，一架拍摄背景布前同事们的肖像，一架将举背景布的保安员也拍摄进去。

电子厂是女孩子们的天下，占全厂人数的80%以上。他们来自全国各地，被分配到不同的生产线上，生产精密的电子产品。上班时间，她们被无尘衣包裹，在恒温恒湿的无尘车间内，埋头生产她们眼中的“货”，每天工作11个小时。电子厂实行两班倒，白班和夜班每三个月轮换一次。她们长时间不见阳光，皮肤白净，乡村的太阳留在她们皮肤上的痕迹早已荡然无存。她们在工业区生活，渴望融入城市，工作之余，喜欢逛街，买新衣服，将自己打扮得青春靓丽。男工在电子厂是“少数民族”，且多数分布在技术、后勤等岗位。

这些被拍摄者，都是我的同事，是全厂20000多员工中的代表，也是东莞近千万打工者的代表，更是中国制造业农民工的代表，更是东莞飞速发展进程中的亲历者。

The factory opened in 1998 and purchased a 3-megapixel digital camera in 1999. Many of the photos on the label were taken by this antique camera. With the passage of time, the photos on the employee's factory license plate are becoming more and more blurred, and the changes of employees in the past ten years are becoming more and more big. It is necessary to re-shoot the certificate photos. Therefore, the Human Resources Department organizes to take the certificate photos for the employees.

In factories, I'm famous for taking pictures. At that time, I paid for my own cameras, sometimes helped the factory to take pictures of visitors, sometimes helped the factory to take pictures of amateur activities. This time, I took the initiative to find the human resources department, willing to take documents and photos for employees free.

    In this shooting, I want to leave more vivid images for colleagues, but also to meet the needs of certificate photography. I put the camera on the tripod, using natural light and a simple background, to take bust photos for colleagues. Their certificates were cut from bust photographs.

    When shooting, because the factory has more than 20,000 employees, according to the department, time. Every time dozens of people come at the same time, my colleagues are always joking, so I snap first, and finally take a standard bust photo. For two days, about 500 employees were filmed. That's how photographs of people sitting in front of a blue background with different postures were taken. This is September 4 and 5, 2009.

    At the end of 2009, I wanted to take pictures of all the employees on a production line. At that time, the factory had a fire drill every year. I consulted with the supervisor of the production department. When the fire evacuation drill was over, all the employees on a production line stayed and took pictures for them. On January 1, 2010, the fire evacuation exercise was held, and I carried it out as planned. This time, I used two cameras, one to take pictures of my colleagues in front of the background cloth and the other to take pictures of the security guards who would lift the background cloth.
