In 2020, COVID-19 began raging in Wuhan, and it subsequently swept across our country. A war without smoke had broken out. The crisis has been very difficult for everyone. Some people have to stay at home all the time, and many businesses have to close. Some Chinese people have to stay abroad, and some people are unfortunately infected with the virus and have to separate from their families. We cannot allow any of that to stop us from rising to the challenges with confidence, determination, and sincerity.

2020年，新冠病毒来势汹汹，肆虐武汉，席卷全国，一场没有硝烟的战“疫”全面打响。在这举国战“疫”的特殊时期，有人不得不滞留家中，有人不得不关停赖以为生的生意，有人不得不滞留他乡，还有人不幸感染病毒与家人分离。但是这并不能阻止我们抗击疫情的信心，决心，诚心。

We deeply respect those who are on the front line of the fight. Their sacrifice will forever be remembered in our hearts. We have cried endlessly over those who have passed away in the struggle. We have become braver because of those heroes in harm’s way! In this battle, everyone is a soldier; everyone is the most ordinary but the warmest angel!

一个个背影，让我们肃然起敬；一个个瞬间，让我们烙印心间；一次次离去，让我们潸然泪下；一次次逆行，让我们义无反顾！在这场战役中，人人都是战士，人人都是最平凡，最温暖的天使！

In every era in our country, whenever we encounter great tribulations, young people always step forward bravely and charge ahead!

在祖国经历一次又一次血与火的大考时，中国青年总是挺身而出、冲锋在前！

Plenty of college students have volunteered to help during this epidemic. They are responsible, courageous, and steadfast. Many college student volunteers bid farewell to friends and relatives and bravely rushed to Wuhan during the peak of the crisis. They were resolute regardless of what needed to be done. They worked hard to carry supplies and materials. They proved to be incredibly determined in combating the epidemic.  

在这次的战“疫”队伍中，涌现出一批有责任、敢担当、讲奉献的大学生志愿者。他们辞别亲友，勇敢逆行。他们是最坚定的抗疫青年，活跃在物资搬运现场，用行动证明对抗疫必胜的决心。

Each of us strives to contribute. Whether fighting on the front line or behind the scenes, the youth, as the future pillars of our motherland, meet the challenges of their responsibility splendidly.

在这波涛汹涌的青年抗疫浪潮中，我们每一个人，都争取做出自己的一份贡献。无论是抗战在一线，或是在幕后尽心尽力，青年们，以自己祖国未来栋梁的身份，扛起了一面又一面责任的旗帜！

Looking back through history, although there have been lots of trials and tribulations, Chinese people have always found a way to persevere and become stronger. COVID-19 is just another difficulty we will overcome. We will succeed because we are determined and strong-willed！

滚滚历史长河，中华民族经历过许多大风大浪，但中国人民却始终迎难而上，越战越勇，越战越强。新冠肺炎只是长河中的一朵浪花，只要中华儿女意志坚定，抗疫必将胜利！
