Siamese Exclusive 31位于随着城市发展而正被高密度地产项目所替代的曼谷素坤逸路31号低层老住宅区中。该项目旨在将绿地与垂直生活融为一体。在每个居住单元的悬挑阳台上都种植了本木植物和增加私密性的垂直绿墙,以提供与自然共存的意境。此外,这些绿植还兼具了建筑外立面的遮阳装置。该住宅拥有高达204棵树木和建筑东西立面上1,442平方米的垂直绿化面积,不仅带给人们视觉上的愉悦,同时还对邻居和城市环境非常友好。

Siamese Exclusive 31 is located in the old low-rise residential area, Soi Sukhumvit 31, which being replaced with more high density developments as the city grows. The project is aimed to integrate green area with vertical living. A perennial tree and vertical privacy green wall are added to the cantilevered balcony of each living unit, in order to provide the sense of living with nature. They also act as sun shading device for the building façade. Housing more than 204 trees and 1,442 sqm of vertical green area of the facade, it is not only visually pleased, but also environmentally better to the neighbor and the city.

Carbon Absorption

With the number of 221 trees and 2270.79 sq.m. of total green area, Siamese Exclusive 31 will help absorb more than 6.84 tons of Carbon in average per year.



Siamese Exclusive 31位于曼谷著名的住宅区,在这些住宅区,旧的低层建筑正在被高层建筑所取代。

Located in the well-known residential area of Bangkok, where old low-rise buildings are being replaced by high-rise buildings.

该设计不仅试图使绿色空间接近垂直的生活空间,而且还试图在垂直方向上最大化绿色空间,以提高邻居和城市的质量。

The design does not only try to bring green space close to vertical living space, but also try to maximize green space vertically for better quality of the neighbor and the city.

沿着垂直铝网面板生长的常春藤植物在每个单元之间创造了隐私。

The ivy plants that grow along the vertical aluminum mesh panels createprivacy between each unit.
