This year, CISK, founded in 2012 as the only international school in Kunshan, is celebrating its tenth birthday.


今年,作为昆山地区唯一一所外籍人员子女学校,成立于2012的CISK,已经迎来了她的第十个生日。


With ten years of splendid, nearly 500 students and teachers from more than 20 countries and regions are now studying and living at CISK.


十年栉风沐雨,十载薪火相传,现有来自20多个国家及地区的近五百名师生在CISK学习与生活。



Our Campus

校园环境

CISK is located at No.555 Chuanshi Road, near Duke Kunshan University and Kunshan High School, with convenient transportation.


CISK坐落于传是路555号,毗邻昆山杜克大学与昆山中学,地理位置优越,交通便利。



CISK’s campus was designed by famous Canadian architects and comes equipped with a PM2.5 air purification, central air conditioning system and rain-water circulation system. 


CISK has been granted a 2-star green building standard certification. There are modern teaching buildings, dazzling libraries, a spacious and bright indoor gymnasium, warm student dormitories and many more amenities, providing students with a beautiful, safe and dynamic campus environment.


校园由加拿大知名设计公司规划设计,校内教学设施均采用绿色环保材料,配备PM2.5空气净化系统、中央空调系统及雨水循环系统,获得二星级绿色建筑标准认证,致力于为学生打造一所安全、优美、自然和谐的学习及生活环境。



IB World School

全IB课程体系


As an IB World School, CISK offers the IB program for students from kindergarten through high school, with English as the language of instruction, except for the Chinese curriculum.


作为一所经官方认证的IB世界学校,CISK为从幼儿园到高中的学生提供IB课程,除中文课程外,其他课程均以英语为教学语言。

Unlike many international programs, IB focuses not only on the academic progress of students, but also on what students can do and contribute to society and the world beyond their personal success as individuals.


与其他国际课程不同,IB注重的不仅仅是学生学业的进步,其更强调学生作为一个个体,对于社会和世界的意义,即个人成功之外,对于社会乃至世界能做出什么努力和贡献。



PYP(幼儿园及小学项目)



The Primary Years Programme(PYP) uses inquiry as the primary mode of learning, and aims to provide interesting, relevant, challenging and important transdisciplinary courses for students aged 3-12 (Pre-Nursey to G5). In the Primary Years Program, students have their own voice, choice, and ownership so as to stimulate the agency (innovation) of learning and be willing to take responsibility for learning.


PYP课程将探究作为学习的主要方式,从幼儿园至五年级,围绕六大超学科主题,为学生提供富有趣味性与挑战性的探究课程,从而培养学生拥有自己的发言权、选择权和归属权,激发学习的内驱力,让他们乐于承担自主学习的责任。



Each CISK class has no more than 20 students, and the atmosphere is lively and open, with one foreign teacher and one Chinese teacher co-managing the class.


CISK采用小班授课的教学模式,每个班级不超过20个学生,课堂氛围活泼开放,一名外教与一名中教共同管理班级。

MYP(中学项目)


The Middle Years Programme (MYP) aims to help students in grades six through ten to responsibly in an ever-changing and increasingly connected world, and provides a structured style of learning and encourages students to become creative, critical, and reflective thinkers.



中学阶段是一个人成长的重要时期, MYP旨在帮助六至十年级的学生积极和负责任地参与到在不断变化和日益联系紧密的世界中来。


MYP要求学生进行八个学科组的学习,培养学生成长为具有创造、批判和反思意识的思考者,并在他们所学习的传统学科与真实世界之间建立联系,发展交流、多元文化理解和全球参与等多方面的技能。

DP(国际文凭大学预科项目)


The Diploma Years Programme (DP)  is a two-year program that encourages students to demonstrate a variety of attributes including being knowledgeable, inquiring, caring and balanced. Being the most recognized, inclusive, and universal international curriculum, as well as helping produce the most well-rounded and impressive students.


IBDP是目前国际上认可度最高、全球通用且学科设置最均衡的国际课程,是一套两年制的大学预科课程。



DP项目旨在培养 "全面发展的学生",赋予学生跨学科思考的能力,学生们将学习至少两门语言, 6个科目和3个核心内容,即CAS(创造、行动与服务)、TOK(知识理论)和EE(拓展论文)。

CISK has achieved impressive results in university admissions over the past decade.

Students have Professional experience project from kindergarten onwards,CISK's college counselling team has been carrying out comprehensive, long-term follow-up support for students from secondary school.


CISK的升学指导团队从幼儿园开始就以活动的形式进行职业体验,在中学阶段对学生进行全面长线的跟踪规划。


We also focus on the family-based, 1-on-1 guidance. Through the online and offline long-term communications, the school conducts a variety of forms such as college counselling salons, college counselling courses, offline student guidance, and micro-scientific research to plan students' pathways to universities.


升学指导老师会通过性格和职业测试、职业日、大学展、升学沙龙、升学课程、线下学生指导、微科研等多种形式的活动,让学生尽早明确未来的职业路线,帮助他们提前做好升学规划。



The Class of 2022 have received  a number of offers and scholarships from University College London, the University of Hong Kong, the University of Toronto, the University of Manchester, the University of Melbourne, and the University of Sydney……

As an IB World School, CISK has always believed that the IB curriculum is the core and the teachers are the soul.


作为一所IB世界学校,CISK一直坚信,IB课程是核心,教师是灵魂。



More than 85% of CISK's teachers have overseas educational background or overseas working experience, more than 60% of teachers come from the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and Europe, 57% of teachers have master's or doctoral degrees, and the average tenure of teachers is more than 3 years, with the the maximum tenure of foreign teachers in school is 7 years..


CISK85%以上的教师具有海外教育背景或海外工作经历,60%以上的教师来自美国、英国、加拿大和欧洲,57%的教师拥有硕士或博士学位,教师的平均任期更是达到了3年以上,其中外教在校最长服务时间长达7年之久。


The ratio of Chinese to foreign teachers is 1:1 and the ratio of teachers to students is 1:4. The Chinese and foreign faculty members work closely together to help students progress and achieve their dreams with the support and cooperation of parents.

CISK has always been guided by the IB philosophy of teaching, which values international mindedness, respect for different cultures, beliefs and languages, attention to the overall and individual development of each student, and focus on cultivating children's interests and improving their overall ability.

CISK also offers more than 70 CCAs (Co-Curricular Activities)  every Tuesday to Thursday, covering four major areas: Caring for health, Inspiring for wisdom, Supportive for life, and Knowledgeable for STEAM to support development, self-discipline, and self-confidence.


每周二到周四,CISK还为学生们提供了70多门的CCA(课外延伸活动),涵盖运动类、艺术类、语言类与Steam类四大领域,通过这些活动来培养学生的品质素养、辅助学生的发展、提高自律以及自信心。



Students and teachers from all over the world meet here to experience the integration of different cultures, broaden their international horizons through experience, and grow into international citizens with a global mindset.
