【上苑艺术馆招募】申请进驻黄山创作园条件

[Shangyuan Art Museum Open Call] Applying for Huangshan Workshop

      上苑艺术馆－黄山创作基地位于黄山高铁站1.3公里的长源村小学。总占地面积：1370平方米，总建筑面积：700多平方米；可免费接待艺术家10人（可带家属）。

Shangyuan Art Museum – Huangshan Workshop is located inside an abandoned school only 1.3 km away from the Huangshan High Speed Railway Station. The campus is 1,370 sqm large, with more than 700 sqm floor area. Simultaneously the workshop can host 10 artists with their partner or spouse.

申请进驻黄山创作基地的方式与条件如下:

Requirements and procedure for applying a place in the workshop:

（一）、申请方式：推荐和自荐（任何个人，年龄、学历、国家地区与民族均不限）：

One: You can be recommended, or you can apply yourself, regardless of your background or age, gender, nationality, etc. 

(1) 推荐：所有上苑艺术馆驻留艺术家都可以推荐画家进入候选，邮箱：([e-mail] )；

1. Recommendation: Any former Shangyuan resident artist can recommend potential candidate to [e-mail].

(2) 自荐：所有从事艺术创作之人均可提交申请，（曾入选过上苑艺术馆驻留艺术家的成员，可直接预约时间入驻），邮箱：([e-mail] )。 

2. Self-application: please send your application to [e-mail], and if you have already participated in Shangyuan Art Museum residency program in the past, you are automatically qualified to join the workshop. Just write to us to discuss the schedule.

（二）、申请时间：每月1-10号；

Two: application period, 1^st to 10^th of each month.

（三）、评审时间：每月10-20号；

Three: time of reviewing your application, 10^th to 20^th of each month.

（四）、通知时间：每月20-25号。

Four: notification period, 20^th to 25^th of each month.

（五）、入驻时间：每月1日，终止时间不定；

Five: period of residency, starting 1^st of each month, no predetermined end time.

（六）提交文件：申请人须电子邮件方式（[e-mail]）提交以下文件（入选过上苑驻留艺术家的除外）：

Six: Method of application, send your application package to [e-mail], if you have already participated in Shangyuan Art Museum residency program, just contact us via WeChat.

Application materials:

A、视觉作品电子图片十张（jpg格式，图片名称中注明材质、名称、尺寸、时间）用压缩包发电子邮件；

Ten pictures of your works (jpg format, with the material, name, size, and time indicated in the picture name) in a compressed package via e-mail.

B、个人照片1张，身份证影印件；

One personal photo and a scan of your ID (you can block out ID number or other sensitive information).

C、申请人简历、作品阐释（word格式）；

Your resume and personal statement of your works (Word format).

D、自荐或推荐书、《申请书》（word格式）。

Self-recommendation letter or recommendation letter (word format).

入选后可同时申请北京上苑艺术馆驻留项目。

If you are selected, you also have the chance to participate in Shangyuan Art Museum residency program in Beijing.

Pictures from the Huangshan Workshop

游泳池水深1米，自带泳衣泳帽护镜等。

Pool is one meter deep, if you want to enjoy it, please bring your own swimsuit and goggles.

独立卧室，独立卫生间，床1.5米宽，可以带家属。

Individual bedroom and bathroom, bed 1.5 meters wide, and you can bring your partner or spouse.

厨房共享，配备有餐饮炊具及碗筷，其它生活自理。

Shared kitchen, with utensils, other items need to be prepared by yourself.

它由艺术家工作室、教室、展览厅及生活区所组成。从2021年7月开始接待艺术家。附近半小时范围内有多个博物馆、黄山风景区、民间老村落、老街等名胜古迹。 

The workshop consists of studios, classrooms, exhibition area and living area. It started receiving artists since July 2021, within 30 minutes’ drive, there are multiple museums, the Yellow Mountain (Huangshan) national park, historical villages, historical streets, and many more interesting sites worth visiting.

首批艺术家进驻后，他们开始对黄山创作基地进行艺术化改造：装置与涂鸦，石头与地景，建筑与绘画……
