论坛简介
Introduction to the Forum
多士成大业，群贤济弘绩。为进一步落实学校第二次党代会精神和学校追赶超越新要求，不断强化“人才强校、人才兴校”战略，经学校研究同意，我校拟定9月25日至28日举办西安工程大学首届“经纬青年学者论坛”，论坛的主题为“交流融合、创新发展”。该论坛为陕西省丝绸之路青年学者论坛的分论坛，旨在聚焦国际科技前沿和研究热点，汇聚海内外优秀青年学者共同交流提高，通过互动交流、专题报告、学术研讨、人才洽谈等方式，让青年学者全面了解我校发展战略、科学研究、人才培养和引才政策等，吸引更多优秀青年才俊加盟我校，聚天下英才而用之，为陕西经济社会发展提供人才保障和智力支撑。
Great achievements are made with the collective intelligence of talents. In order to further follow the spirit of the Second Congress of Party Representatives of the university, to meet the new requirements of pursuing and surpassing others and to continuously strengthen the strategy of “developing and flouring the university by talents”, Xi’an Polytechnic University plans to hold the First “Talented Young Scholar Forum” from September 25 to 28, themed with "exchange & integration, innovation & development". As a sub-forum of the Silk Road Young Scholars Forum of Shaanxi Province, this forum aims to focus on the international scientific leading edges and research hotspots, gather the outstanding young scholars at home and abroad for mutual exchanges and improvements, give the young scholars a comprehensive introduction about the development strategy, scientific researches, talent cultivation and talent introduction policies of our university by means of interactive communications, special reports, academic seminars, talks, etc., so as to attract more outstanding young talents to join our university, employ the talents from the world and provide talents and intellectual support for the economic and social development of Shaanxi Province.

Application Requirements
1.具有博士学位，年龄不超过40周岁，特别优秀者可适当放宽年龄限制。
2.申请人在所从事领域已取得突出的学术业绩，且具备成为所从事领域学科带头人的潜质。
3. 具有良好的职业道德和学术道德。
1. The applicant shall have a doctorate, with the age no more than 40 years old (appropriately extended for those exceptionally excellent).
2. The applicant shall have achieved outstanding academic performance in his/her field and own the potential to become a leader in that field.
3. The applicant shall possess good professional and academic ethics.
报名方式
Registration Process
申请人将个人简历发送至西安工程大学人才招聘邮箱yjb@xpu.edu.cn。简历内容应包含个人基本信息、学习和工作经历、发表论文及收录情况、承担科研项目情况、专利及获奖情况等（同时须提供身份证、学历学位证、论文、项目、专利、获奖等科研成果的证明材料）。邮件主题请按以下格式注明（经纬青年学者论坛申请+姓名+专业+最高学位毕业院校）。
The applicant shall send the resume, which covers basic personal information, educational background and work experience, published and collected papers, research projects undertaken, patents and awards (along with ID card, academic certificate & diploma as well as proofs for scientific research achievements such as papers, projects, patents, awards, etc.), to yjb@xpu.edu.cn, the talent recruitment email of Xi’an Polytechnic University. The subject of the email shall be written in the following format (Application for Talented Young Scholars Forum + Name + Major + Graduate University for the Highest Degree).
报名截止日期：2018年8月31日。
（完成申请后请等待资料审核，通过资料审核的申请人将收到学校的正式邀请函）

(Please await the data review after completing the application. Applicants who pass the review will receive an official invitation letter from the university)
日程安排（暂定）
Schedule (tentative)
9月25日全天：报到。
9月26日上午：参加陕西省第三届“丝绸之路青年学者论坛”主论坛活动。
9月26日下午：参加西安工程大学首届“经纬青年学者论坛”分论坛开幕式及主题会议。
9月27日：分学科领域学术研讨、参观、人才洽谈等交流活动。
9月28日：自由活动，离会。
September 25 （whole day）: Register.
September 26 (morning): Participate in the master forum, the Third “Silk Road Young Scholars Forum” of Shaanxi Province.
September 26 (afternoon): Participate in the opening ceremony of the sub-forum, the First “Talented Young Scholars Forum” of Xi'an Polytechnic University, and the theme conference.
September 27: Exchange activities such as academic seminars, visits, and talent talks by subject area.
September 28: Free activities and end of the forum.
其他说明
Others
我校将为受邀参会的学者报销国内外往返交通旅费，并统一安排免费食宿以及机场、火车站接送服务。
We will reimburse the round-trip transportation expenses of invited scholars at home and abroad and uniformly arrange free accommodation and shuttle services from and to the airport and train station.
