NSE新闻 | 北京大学新结构经济学研究院与宁波市发展规划研究院、宁波诺丁汉大学三方签订合作协议框架

2018年6月21日下午2:00，北京大学新结构经济学研究院、宁波市发展规划研究院、宁波诺丁汉大学三方战略合作协议签约仪式在宁波市政府行政会议中心举行，宁波新结构经济学研究中心正式成立。北京大学新结构经济学研究院院长林毅夫教授，宁波市委副书记、常务副市长宋越舜，宁波市委常委、副市长刘长春，宁波市政府副秘书长杨小平，宁波发展规划研究院院长杨馥源博士，宁波发展规划研究院总经济师张水清博士，宁波诺丁汉大学副校长崔平教授、商学院院长马丁·洛克特教授、金融学副教授华秀萍博士等出席了签约仪式。

On 21st June, 2018, Ceremony for Signing the Cooperation Framework Agreement between Institute of New Structural Economics at Peking University (INSE), Ningbo Development & Planning Research Institute (NBDPRI) and University of Nottingham Ningbo China (UNNC) was held in Ningbo Municipal Government Conference Center, for the establishment of Ningbo Centre for New Structural Economics. Prof. Justin Yifu Lin, Director of INSE at Peking University, Deputy Mayor Yueshun Song, Ningbo Municipal Party Committee Deputy Secretary, Deputy Mayor Changchun Liu, Ningbo Municipal Party Committee Member, Mr. Xiaoping Yang, Vice Secretary-General of Ningbo Municipal Government, Dr. Fuyuan Yang, Director of NBDPRI, Dr. Shuiqing Zhang, Chief Economist of NBDPRI, Prof. Ping Cui, Associate Provost of UNNC, Prof. Martin Lockett, Dean of Faculty of Business, UNNC, Dr. Xiuping Hua, Associate Professor in Finance, UNNC, attended the ceremony.

根据协议框架，北京大学新结构经济学研究院、宁波市发展规划研究院、宁波诺丁汉大学三方将共同建设政府研究机构与高校联合开展课题研究和学术交流的平台，促进各方研究资源共享与智力优势互补，更好地服务于宁波名城名都建设和高质量发展。

According to the Framework Agreement, INSE, NBDPRI and UNNC will collaboratively establish the platform of government research institutions and universities to carry out joint research and academic exchange, and to promote the sharing of research resources and complementation of intelligence advantages, to better serve the economic and social development of Ningbo.

具体来看，三方将主要围绕以下三个领域开展工作。一是合作开展课题研究。以新结构经济学为指导，联合开展学术研究。围绕宁波中长期发展、湾区经济、港口经济、城市经济、产业发展与政策、生态文明等重点领域开展政策研究。二是合作推进高端智库建设。以研究中心为平台组织承办专家座谈会、学术研讨会、论坛等，共享相关领域最新的科研成果和政策动态，扩大优秀研究成果的影响力，推动政策研究成果的应用转化。三是合作培养高端智库人才。研究中心为三方研究人员搭建双向交流平台，积极为各方研究骨干开展交流挂职、参与重大课题研究创造条件。

Specifically, three parties will mainly cooperate on the following three areas. 1.Joint Research Projects. The academic research will be linked with INSE, and policy research mainly focus on the research of long-term development of Ningbo, the bay area economy, port economy, city economy, industrial development and policy, ecological civilization, and other key areas. 2.Exchange Information and results. The Centre will organize events including conferences, and academic seminars, and share the latest research results and policy development, based on the cooperation needs from three parties. It will enhance the impact of excellent research achievement, and promote the transformation and application of policy research results. 3.Talent Exchange. The Centre will be a platform for talent exchange between three parties, and help to actively carry out cadre secondment in other parties, and create conditions for participating in large research projects.
