| 戴姆勒和博世将终止在Robotaxi上的合作

   Daimler and Bosch End Cooperation on    Robotaxi



戴姆勒表示与博世合作开发的Robotaxi项目“Athena”即将结束。据悉,在完全自动化和无人驾驶的高度复杂的城市开发环境中,双方将专注于各自未来的发展道路。


博世似乎准备在没有戴姆勒协助的情况下继续前进。“对我们来说,这只是进入下一阶段的过渡。我们将继续大力推进高度自动化驾驶。”博世总经理Harald Kröger表示。不过,Kröger同时承认为城市交通开发机器人出租车所面临的挑战比许多人想象的要大。


Daimler said that the Robotaxi project "Athena", developed in cooperation with Bosch, is coming to an end. The two companies are said to be focusing on their respective future paths in a highly complex urban development environment that is fully automated and driverless.


Bosch seems ready to move forward without Daimler's assistance. "For us, this is just a transition into the next phase. We will continue to push hard for highly automated driving." said Harald Kröger, managing director of Bosch. Kröger also acknowledged, however, that developing robotic cabs for urban transportation poses a bigger challenge than many might think.

奥迪官方正式发布Vorsprung 2030战略,目标到2030年成为可持续发展、社会企业责任和技术领域的行业领先者,将为电动车用户提供独一无二的车载系统,并通过其生态系统为电动汽车用户提供全新的体验。


“我们的‘Vorsprung 2030’战略将确保奥迪未来长期的竞争力,”奥迪CEO杜思曼(Markus Duesmann)表示,“社会变革持续加速,因此,我们也需要加快转型进程。”


数周前,奥迪明确表示:从2026年起,面向全球市场推出的新车型将全面切换为纯电动产品;至2033年,奥迪将逐步停止内燃发动机的生产。


Audi officially unveiled its Vorsprung 2030 strategy, aiming to become an industry leader in sustainability, social corporate responsibility and technology by 2030, which will provide unique in-vehicle systems for electric vehicle users and a new experience for electric vehicle users through its ecosystem.


"Our 'Vorsprung 2030' strategy will ensure Audi's long-term competitiveness in the future," said Audi CEO Markus Duesmann, "Social change continues to accelerating, so we need to accelerate the transformation process as well."


A few weeks ago, Audi made it clear that from 2026 onwards, new models for the global market will be fully switched to purely electric products; by 2033, Audi will phase out the production of internal combustion engines.

| 工信部印发《关于加强智能网联汽车生产企业

  及产品准入管理的意见》

  The Ministry of Industry and   Information Technology issued the 

  "Opinions on Strengthening the Management   of Intelligent Networked 

  Vehicle Production Enterprises and Product   Access"


8月12日,工业和信息化部宣布已于近日印发《关于加强智能网联汽车生产企业及产品准入管理的意见》。《意见》要求加强汽车数据安全、网络安全、软件升级、功能安全和预期功能安全管理,保证产品质量和生产一致性,推动智能网联汽车产业高质量发展。内容主要包括:


一是明确管理范围、强化企业主体责任;二是加强数据和网络安全管理能力;三是规范软件在线升级;四是加强产品管理;五是完善保障措施。

The U.S. has approved Huawei's application for a license to buy hundreds of millions of dollars worth of automotive chips that the company can buy for its growing auto parts business, according to two people familiar with the matter. In recent months, especially in recent weeks, the U.S. has approved suppliers to sell Huawei chips for automotive parts such as video screens and sensors, according to people familiar with the application process who told Reuters. Automotive chips are often considered relatively simple, which lowers the threshold for approval. A person close to the licensing approval said the U.S. government is in the process of granting licenses for automotive chips that may have 5G-enabled components. | Innovusion获6600万美元融资

   Innovusion Raises $66 Million in Financing



8月13日,激光雷达制造商Innovusion宣布获得6600万美元B+轮融资。此前,Innovusion曾于5月完成6400万美元B轮融资,这意味着截至目前Innovusion B轮融资总额已达1.3亿美元。


据悉,Innovusion此次新获融资由国泰君安国际私募股权基金领投,顺为资本跟投,原有投资人蔚来资本、淡马锡和斯道资本也参与了本轮投资。融资将主要用于力挺面向前装量产的蔚来ET7激光雷达的大规模量产交付,以及Innovusion持续关注与投入的技术自研创新项目。


On August 13, Innovusion, a LiDAR manufacturer, announced that it has raised $66 million in Series B+ funding. Previously, Innovusion had completed $64 million in Series B financing in May, which means that the total amount of Innovusion Series B financing has reached $130 million so far.


It is reported that Innovusion's new funding was led by Guotai Junan International Private Equity Fund and followed by Sunway Capital, with original investors Azure Capital, Temasek and Stowe Capital also participating in this round. The funding will be used to support the mass production delivery of the Azure ET7 LIDAR for front-end mass production, as well as Innovusion's continued focus and investment in technology self-research and innovation projects.

亚洲领先的科技物流平台快狗打车(GOGOX)拟第三季于香港上市。据外媒引述消息指最快于本周递交上市申请,集资约4亿至5亿美元(约31.14亿至38.92亿港元),中金、农银国际、瑞银及交银国际共同推进上市事宜。快狗打车此前宣布完成由交银国际(3329.HK)联合数码投资创业基金(CMF)共同领投近亿美元的新一轮融资。该轮融资将协助GOGOX在各个市场进行策略性投资,加速业务拓展和产品创新,继续提升用户体验,推动同城物流的可持续发展。截至目前,快狗打车已吸引包括58同城(WUBA.US)、阿里巴巴(9988.HK)、莱鸟、华新、前海基金等多间著名战略和财务投资者支持。


Asia's leading technology logistics platform GOGOX to be listed in Hong Kong in the third quarter.
