It's that time of the year again. International Chicken Wing Day is upon us, and on Saturday, July 31st, The Rooster is holding our King of the Wing: Charity Wing Eating Contest! Think you have what it takes?

To enter, we ask that you make a 100 RMB donation to Heart to Heart Shanghai, a non-profit that provides corrective surgery for Chinese children with congenital heart defects (CHD) whose parents are unable to afford the surgery.
