2021年12月7日，1例入境人员隔离期满返穗居家隔离期间，白云区对其进行例行健康监测，核酸检测结果呈阳性，现已闭环转运至广州医科大学附属市八医院进行隔离医学观察管理。
该人员于11月21日回国，从上海入境，完成14天集中隔离，于12月5日解除隔离后返回广州。12月6日凌晨抵达白云国际机场后闭环转运至绿地云央花园居家隔离。目前，白云区已迅速按照疫情防控要求，对绿地云央花园及周边区域落实各项防控措施。
请广大市民不恐慌、不信谣、不传谣、不造谣， 理解、支持、配合疫情防控工作，做好个人防护，坚持戴口罩、勤洗手、常通风，保持社交距离，积极接种疫苗。

广西桂林、浙江绍兴发现阳性感染者，

广西桂林、浙江绍兴分别发现阳性感染者。具体情况如下：
广西桂林：2021年12月6日，广西桂林市疾控中心报告1名隔离管控的非法入境人员新冠病毒核酸检测呈阳性。根据流调结果，为做好疫情防控工作，现公布该名阳性感染者在桂林活动轨迹，请与其有时空重合人员立即主动向村（社区）、单位、酒店等报告行程，避免与他人接触，并配合落实核酸检测等各项疫情防控措施。

绍兴市上虞区：2021年12月7日，绍兴市上虞区在日常“应检尽检”核酸检测中发现一支1:10混检阳性样本。
接到报告后，市、区两级疫情防控组织立即启动应急响应，第一时间将10名采样对象隔离观察，并组织专业人员开展信息核实、流行病学调查、单人单管采样复检，并落实各项疫情防控措施。当天上午7时经上虞区疾控中心、上虞区中医医院检测其中1人为初筛阳性，其余9人均为阴性。

紧急提醒
一、12月5日以来有广西桂林旅居史的人员，所有穗康码为“红码”或“黄码”人员，请尽快跟所在社区（村）、单位、宾馆主动报备，配合完成后续的健康管理。
二、如与上述阳性感染者活动轨迹有交集的人员，请第一时间主动向所在社区（村）、单位、酒店主动报备，接受社区相应的健康管理。
三、11月23日以来有绍兴市旅居史的人员，所有穗康码为“红码”或“黄码”人员，请尽快跟所在社区（村）、单位、宾馆主动报备，配合完成后续的健康管理。

一旦出现发热、干咳、乏力、嗅觉味觉减退、鼻塞、流涕、咽痛、结膜炎、肌痛、腹泻等不适症状时，应立即报告所在居委（村委）、所在单位或所住酒店，及时就近至发热门诊就诊，并主动告知医生自己的旅行史，就诊过程中请做好个人防护并不得乘坐公共交通工具。
市民在外要加强自我防护，规范佩戴口罩，注意个人卫生，避免用未清洁的手触摸眼、口、鼻。尽量选择户外活动，避免到人群聚集、空间密闭、通风较差的场所活动。如需要前往各类室内的娱乐、休闲场所、旅游景点，要提前预约、有序进入，并减少在密闭场所的逗留时间，同时配合测温、查码、扫码、一米距等防疫规定。
An International Inbound Traveler Tested Positive During Home Quarantine
Baiyun District's COVID-19 Update
On December 7, Baiyun District reports that an international inbound traveler has tested positive during home quarantine. Currently, the patient has been transferred to No. 8 People’s Hospital of Guangzhou for isolation and treatment.
The patient returned to China on November 21 and departed for Guangzhou after completing his 14-day centralized quarantine in Shanghai on December 5. The person arrived at Baiyun International Airport on the early morning of December 6 and was then transferred to Greenland Yunyang Garden for home quarantine. In response to the report, Baiyun District has taken immediate action and implemented control measures in Greenland Yunyang Garden and its neighborhood.

Inbound Travelers from Guilin and Shaoxing Urged to Report Immediately
COVID-19 cases were reported in Guilin and Shaoxing. The details are as follows:
Guilin, Guangxi: On December 6, Guilin CDC reported that an illegal immigrant under quarantine and control had tested positive for COVID-19. The travel history of the patient is announced as follows. People who have traveled to any place visited by the patient in the corresponding period shall report immediately to their village (community) committees, employers, or hotels, avoid social contacts, and comply with COVID test and other safety protocols.

Shangyu District, Shaoxing: On December 7, a positive sample was found during routine COVID testing. Upon receipt of the report, the local CDCs have immediately launched an emergency plan, including isolating the 10 people who were tested, epidemiological investigation, re-examination, as well as other safety protocols. The latest test report that came out at 7:00 a.m. yesterday showed that one person had tested positive and the other nine were negative.
Guangzhou CDC urges all residents to take the following precautions:
1. People who have traveled to Guilin, Guangxi on and after December 5 and whose Suikang Code has turned red or yellow shall report to their community (village) committees, employers, or hotels and comply with corresponding health management measures.
2. People who have traveled to any place visited by a COVID-19 patient shall immediately report to their community (village) committees, employers, or hotels and comply with corresponding health management measures.
3. People who have traveled to Shaoxing on and after November 23 and whose Suikang Code has turned red or yellow shall report to their community (village) committees, employers, or hotels as soon as possible and comply with corresponding health management measures.

The management of the inbound travelers to Guangzhou shall strictly follow the Notice on Strengthening COVID-19 Measures in Guangzhou (No.28).
Those who experience fever, dry cough, fatigue, decreased sense of smell and taste, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, myalgia, and diarrhea, etc. shall report to their community (village) committees, employers or hotels immediately and go to a nearby fever clinic. They must truthfully inform their healthcare workers of their travel history. In such cases, public transportation should be avoided.
Residents should strengthen personal protection, wear masks correctly, practice good hygiene habits, and refrain from touching their eyes, mouth, and nose before cleaning their hands. Avoid going to crowded, enclosed, and poorly ventilated spaces. Those planning to go to indoor entertainment and recreational venues should make an appointment in advance, take temperature checks, present health codes, scan the QR code of the venue for track and trace, keep a distance of one meter from each other, and reduce the length of stay.
