根据广州市疫情防控工作需要，广州市新冠肺炎防控指挥办交通运输防控专班提醒国际邮件快件收件人员，要及时开展核酸检测工作。
2022年1月16日至19日期间，国际快递快件的收件人员，请立即完成1次核酸检测。
全市在2022年1月16-19日期间，收到国际快递快件的市民，“广州疾控”将发送温馨提醒短信。请在3天内到社区指引的核酸检测点，凭有效凭证或“广州疾控”提醒短信免费开展一次核酸检测。
20日起，国际快递快件收件人员实施常态化免费核酸检测。
自1月20日起，全市国际快递快件收件人员，请自收件后第3天至第7天，凭有效凭证或“广州疾控”提醒短信在社区核酸检测点开展一次免费核酸检测。
有关部门提醒广大市民，尽量减少从境外疫情高风险国家和地区邮购、快递物品；在收取邮件快递时保持安全距离，在手消毒前避免用手触摸眼、鼻、口。
如收到国际邮件快件或货物，在签收、拆封时建议佩戴好口罩和手套；拆快递时应动作轻柔，切勿大力挤压内外包装；使用湿巾对外包装、境外邮件内物擦拭清洁；处理完包裹后及时摘下手套，用流水洗手或使用手消毒剂，手部清洗消毒后方可接触眼、鼻、口及其他物品，快递外包装按照生活垃圾分类要求及时妥善处理。
收取国际邮件快件或货物后，如出现发热、咳嗽、咽痛、嗅（味）觉减退、腹泻等急性症状，要及时到医疗机构诊治排查。
Important Notice: Recent International Delivery Receivers Urged to Take COVID Tests

Guangzhou COVID-19 Control and Prevention Command urges residents who have received international parcels during January 16-19, 2022 to take a COVID test immediately.
Residents who have received any international parcel during January 16-19, 2022 will receive a message from Guangzhou CDC:
Please take a COVID test at a designated testing site in your local community. The test is free of charge by presenting a valid voucher or this message.
In addition, starting from January 20, routine testing will be performed among international package receivers.
Starting from January 20, all residents shall get tested at a designated site in their local community 3-7 days after they receive any international parcel. The test is free of charge by presenting a valid voucher or this message.
Guangzhou CDC also reminds residents of the following safety protocols:
1. Avoid making unnecessary mail orders or purchases from high-risk countries and regions for COVID-19.
2. When taking your parcels, keep a safe distance from them and do not touch your eyes, nose, and mouth before you clean your hands.
3. When receiving international parcels, wear a mask and disposable gloves when signing for and unpacking them. Unpack the boxes/bags gently and avoid pinching them. Use wet wipes to clean the outer packaging and the items inside. After handling your packages, take off your gloves immediately and clean your hands with running water or disinfectant before you touch your eyes, nose, mouth, or other items. The outer packaging shall be disposed of timely and properly as household waste.
4. After receiving international parcels, if you experience a fever, cough, sore throat, reduced sense of smell (taste), diarrhea, or other acute symptoms, please go to a hospital immediately.
