3月16日，黄埔区在隔离观察的密接者中发现2例新冠病毒核酸检测阳性人员，经诊断为新冠肺炎无症状感染者。有关情况通报如下：
On March 16, Huangpu District reported that two people tested positive among the close contactsunder quarantine, and they were diagnosed as asymptomatic cases of COVID-19. Details are as follows.
本土无症状感染者1：女，30岁，为昨日广州市发布的黄埔区病例（谌某）的妻子，3月3日、10日、15日、16日核酸结果阴性。3月以来均在广州市活动。3月16日市疾控中心反馈其核酸结果阳性，经专家会诊为新冠肺炎无症状感染者。该病例已闭环转运至广州医科大学附属市八医院隔离治疗，住家已实施管控，环境核酸采样结果为阴性，已完成终末消毒。
Asymptomatic case 1: The patient, a 30-year-old woman, is the wife of Mr. Chen (a case reported on March 16 by Huangpu District). She tested negative on March 3, 10, 15, and 16, and has been staying in Guangzhou since March. On March 16, her test results from the Guangzhou CDC came back positive. She was later diagnosed as an asymptomatic case of COVID-19. The patient has been transferred to Guangzhou No.8 People’s Hospital for isolation and treatment. Her neighborhood has been locked down, sampled, and thoroughly disinfected. All environment samples were negative.本土无症状感染者2：男，2岁3个月，为昨日广州市发布的黄埔区病例（谌某）的儿子，3月16日市疾控中心反馈其核酸结果阳性，经专家会诊为新冠肺炎无症状感染者。已闭环转运至广州医科大学附属市八医院隔离治疗。
Asymptomatic case 2: The patient, aged 27 months, is the son of Mr. Chen (a case reported on March 16 by Huangpu District). He tested positive on March 16 and was diagnosed as an asymptomatic case of COVID-19. The patient has been transferred to Guangzhou No.8 People's Hospital for isolation and treatment.
根据初步流调情况和疫情防控的需要，黄埔区划定封控区、管控区、防范区如下：
Based on the initial epidemiological investigation findings, Huangpu designated a Lockdown Zone, a Partially Lockdown Zone, and a Restricted Zone as follows:
封控区：黄埔区云埔街凯信东方华庭A1、A2、A3栋（云埔街春晖二街67号），严格执行“区域封闭、足不出户、服务上门”管理措施，人员实行集中隔离或居家隔离医学观察。
Lockdown Zone: Building A1, A2 and A3 of Kaixin Dongfang Huating Residential Community (No. 67 Chunhui Second Street, Yunpu Neighborhood). The abovementioned areas shall be completely locked down, and all residents shall be under centralized or home quarantine. Necessary services and goods will be delivered to their doorsteps.
管控区：黄埔区云埔街凯信东方华庭小区（云埔街春晖二街67号），实行“足不出区、错峰取物”管理措施。
Partially Lockdown Zone: Kaixin Dongfang Huating Residential Community (No. 67 Chunhui Second Street, Yunpu Neighborhood. Residents are not allowed to leave the zone. Deliveries must be collected on a staggered schedule.防范区：黄埔区云埔街榕环南路、开创大道、黄埔东路围成的三角区域。实行“强化社会面管控，严格限制人员聚集”管理措施。Restricted Zone: The triangle area encircled by Ronghuan South Road, Kaichuang Avenue, and Huangpu East Road of Yunpu Neighborhood. Social activities and gatherings are strictly restricted in this area.
以上措施自2022年3月16日起执行，请上述管控区域内市民朋友非必要不离穗，并积极配合街道、社区采取必要的核酸检测等疫情防控措施。由此给市民朋友带来的不便，敬请谅解。
These measures will take effect on March 16, 2022. Residents in the above-mentioned zones shall not travel outside Guangzhou unless necessary, and shall cooperate with the local street committee and residential community in COVID-19 testing and other safety measures.
