根据当前国内疫情形势，为进一步做好我市疫情防控工作，决定从3月28日6时起，对从中高风险地区所在地市来（返）穗人员疫情防控要求如下：
一、14天内有中高风险地区所在地市旅居史的来（返）穗人员需提供“健康码”绿码和48小时内核酸检测阴性证明。
二、所有从中高风险地区所在地市乘坐飞机、火车、客运班车等来（返）穗人员，登机、登车前需接受承运方核酸检测查验，出示48小时内核酸检测阴性证明，对3岁以下婴幼儿可适当放宽；抵穗后须在机场、火车站、公路客运站再进行一次核酸检测，或24小时内尽早就近进行一次核酸检测，并于24小时内向居住地社区报告，接受后续健康管理措施。
三、48小时核酸有效开始时间以核酸报告显示时间为准；对于采样时间和检测时间均显示的核酸报告，以采样时间为准；对于核酸检测报告不显示具体时间的，以报告显示日期当日0时计算有效时间。48小时核酸有效截止时间以航班计划起飞时间、列车计划发车时间、客车计划发车时间为准。

Notice on Conducting PCR Testing (No.30)
In light of the current domestic situation, to reinforce the prevention and control of COVID-19 in Guangzhou, we hereby announce the COVID-19 measures on inbound travelers to Guangzhou from cities with medium- and high-risk areas as follows (effective from 6:00 am, March 28):
I. Inbound travelers to Guangzhou who have traveled to any city with medium- and high-risk areas in the past 14 days must provide a green health code and a negative PCR test report within 48 hours.
II. Inbound travelers to Guangzhou from any city with medium- and high-risk areas by plane, train and coach must provide a negative PCR test report within 48 hours before boarding. Exemptions can be made to toddlers aged three and below. Travelers should take a PCR test at the airport, train station or coach terminal upon arrival in Guangzhou or other convenient places within 24 hours after the arrival. The test results must be reported to the residential community within 24 hours and subsequent health management measures must be followed.
III. The starting time of the "PCR test report within 48 hours" shall be determined by the time stated on your PCR test report; for test reports with both "sampling time" and "testing time", the former shall prevail; if the specific time is not indicated, 0:00 on the date shown on your test report will be deemed as the starting time. The deadline of your PCR test report will be determined by the scheduled arrival time of your flight, train or coach.

広州市新型コロナウイルス感染症予防抑制指揮部による PCR検査の適切な実施に関する通知（第30号）
中国国内の現在の感染症の情勢に基づき、我が市の感染症予防抑制業務をより一層適切に実施するため、3月28日 6時より、中・高リスク地域にある地区から広州へ訪問する (帰郷する)者の感染症予防抑制について下記の通り要求することを決定した。
一、14日以内に中・高リスク地域にある地区に滞在歴があり、広州へ訪問する（帰郷する）者は、「健康コード」のグリーンコード及び48時間以内のPCR検査陰性証明を提供しなければならない。
二、中・高リスク地域のある地区から、飛行機、列車、旅客バスなどに乗って 広州へ訪問した(帰郷した) 者は、搭乗または乗車前に運送業者によるPCR検査結果の確認を受け、48時間以内のPCR検査陰性証明を提示しなければならず、3歳以下の幼児については適切に緩和することができる。広州到着後、空港、駅、またはバスターミナルにて再度PCR検査を受けるか、24時間以内に最寄りの施設でPCR検査を受け、24時間以内に居住するコミュニティに報告し、その後の健康管理措置を受けなければならない。
三、48時間PCR検査有効開始時間はPCR検査報告書に表示された時間に準じるものとする。サンプリング時間と検査時間の両方が共に表示されるPCR検査報告書については、サンプリング時間に準じるものとする。PCR検査報告書に具体的な時間が表示されない場合、報告書に表示される日付の当日の0時から有効時間を計算する。48時間PCR検査有効終了時間は、フライトの計画出発時間、列車の計画出発時間、バスの計画出発時間に準じるものとする。

광저우시 코로나19 방역 지휘부 핵산검사 작업과 관련된 공고 (제30호)
현재 국내 코로나19 상황에 따라 광저우시의 방역을 잘 진행하기 위해 3월28일 6시로부터 중（中）고（高）급 리스크 지역에서 광저우시에 들어오는 인원에 대한 방역 요구를 다음과 같이 공지한다.
1.14일 내에 중（中）고（高）급 리스크 지역 체류사가 있는 인원들은 녹색‘건강 코드’와 48시간 내의 핵산 검사 음성 증명을 제출해야 한다.
2. 중（中）고（高）급 리스크 지역에서 항공기, 열차 및 고속 버스 등을 탑승하여 광저우에 들어오는 인원들은 탑승하기 전에 항공사, 열차 및 고속 버스 관리 부문 요구에 따라 48시간 내의 음성 증명을 제시해야 하며 3세 이하의 유아인 경우 상황에 따라 적당한 조치를 실시한다. 광저우에 도착한 후 공항, 기차역 및 버스 터미널에서 다시 한번 핵산 검사를 받거나 되도록 도착한 후 24시간 내에 부근 지역에서 핵산 검사를 받아야 한다. 또한 24시간 내에 거주지 소재 지역사회로 알려야 하고 건강 관리 조치를 받아야 한다.
3. 48시간 핵산 검사 음성 유효 기간의 시작은 핵산 검사 보고에서 표시된 일시로 한다. 핵산 검사채취 일시 및 측정 일시가 모두 표시되는 경우 핵산 검사채취 일시로 하고 구체적인 일시가 표시되어 있지 않는 경우에는 음성 보고가 나온 당일 0시부터 계산한다. 48시간 핵산 검사 음성 유효 기간의 종류 일시는 항공기 이륙 일시, 열차 및 고속 버스 공식 출발 일시를 기준으로 계산한다.

Commandement de la prévention et du contrôle de la Covid-19 de Guangzhou Avis sur le renforcement des tests PCR ( No 30 )
En fonction de la situation actuelle de la Covid-19 en Chine, il a été décidé que les personnes qui arrivent ( ou retournent ) à Guangzhou depuis les villes où se trouvent des zones à risque moyen et élevé doivent respecter les mesures suivantes à partir de 18h00 le 28 mars, afin de renforcer la prévention et le contrôle de l'épidémie dans notre ville :
1. Toutes les personnes entrant (retournant) dans la ville de Guangzhou ayant un antécédent de résidence dans la ville où se trouve une zone à risque moyen ou élevé dans les 14 jours doivent montrer le « code de santé » vert et le résultat négatif du test PCR de moins de 48 heures.
2. Toutes les personnes entrant (retournant) à Guangzhou par avion, en train ou en bus depuis des villes situées dans des zones à risque moyen ou élevé doivent présenter le résultat négatif du test PCR de moins de 48 heures au transporteur avant de monter à bord. L'exigence pour les enfants de moins de 3 ans sera ajustée au cas par cas. Il faut réaliser dès l’arrivée un autre test PCR à l’aéroport, à la gare ou à la gare routière, ou dans les centres de dépistage les plus proches dans les 24 heures. Il faut également se présenter à la communauté de résidence dans les 24 heures pour le suivi des mesures de gestion de santé.
3. L'heure de début de la validité de 48 heures pour les tests PCR est celle indiquée sur le rapport du test PCR. Pour les rapports du test PCR indiquant à la fois l'heure de prélèvement et l'heure de test, celle de prélèvement prévaut. Si le rapport du test PCR n'indique pas l'heure spécifique, la validité est calculée à partir de 0h00 de la date indiquée sur le rapport. L'heure limite de la validité de 48 heures pour les tests PCR est basée sur l'heure de départ prévue des vols, des trains et des bus.
