There are a few ways to do it:

Method 1: Click the "Mine" button in the EatForCharity mini program, click the "My Orders" link, then click the green "Review" button next to the order that you'd like to review.

Method 2: Go to the merchant that you'd like to review in the WeChat mini-program, click on the "Review" link on their page, then click on the "Write a review>" banner.
