Field Application Engineer

Location: Shenzhen

Responsibilities：

• Support customers on NFC/UWB software implement and manage customer projects.

• Work with sales/marketing team for application promotion and NPI.

• Work with QA for quality issues analysis.

• Involve standard drafting and following up.

• Address the customer / engineer training.

Requirements：

Field Application Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Support NXP’s MPU applications processors ( LayerScape ) & solutions.

• Drive demand creation and design-in activity at customer sites in close cooperation with the NXP business line.

• Provide technical skills & support to NXP’s sales staff.

• Work with NXP technical community about technical issues and future roadmap of your customer.

• Work closely with sales, marketing to promote NXP MPU product & corresponding vertical solutions to customer.

• Be the technical window to customer - provide project management to ensure customer project success.

• Provide technical supporting for processor benchmark & customer product design.

Requirements:

• Master degree or above, major in Electronic Engineering/Computer Science or other related discipline.

• Experienced on high performance ARM multi-core platform.

• Familiar with embedded hardware knowledge of high-speed I/O program include network accelerator, etc.

• Deep understanding on Linux networking protocol.

• Linux programming, kernel and driver experience is a must.

Field Quality Engineer

• Communicate with specific customer concerning quality topics.

• Actively work as customer main contact window for all quality relative issues to provide prompt response/service to customers.

Senior Test Engineer

Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities :

• Be responsible for NFC Mobile products (Firmware) validation for Chinese Market

• Analyze new features of each NXP NFC product to extend accordingly the NFC Inter-operability test bench.

• Integrate any new reader for payment, transit or door access in the inter-operability test bench

• Analyze issues reported by the developed tests thru traces analysis and potentially Firmware code analysis and change.

• Follow up on each reported issue with various stakeholders of NFC Firmware R&D, cross function team discussion for the problems, until it’s solved.

• Support NFC R&D or System Integration and validation to potentially add new unit test case corresponding to issues discovered by Inter-operability tests.

• Maintain for each product line, the automated inter-operability testing reporting and share it with program management

• Can have to travel to Chinese customer sites to reproduce reported issues on equipment not yet available in inter-operability NXP lab.

Requirements.:

• Master degree or above, major in Electronic Engineering/Computer Science or other related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience.

• Have a senior level in embedded software and firmware.

• Have a good understanding of hardware interfaces to software and able to understand hardware block release notes.

• Have good system knowledge of NFC or possibly other wireless standards.

• Nice to have knowledge in Andorid system framework.

• Very fluent in embedded C and in C++, Java, Python.

• Very fluent using oscilloscopes and logic analyzer or protocol analyzer.

• Is used to an independent working style with self-motivation and capability to work with limited supervision.

• Be willing to listen and to adapt and show good communication skills.

• Be fluent in English both spoken and written.

• Be willing to travel.

Product &Test Engineering Manager

Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities：

• Lead/Manage a world class ATE test engineering team

• Candidate will be responsible for all aspects: project planning, hands-on test development, characterization, production implementation and hi-volume ramp up for High Performance Interface Products.

• Work with design, systems and firmware engineers at the product concept stage to ensure proper design of characterization setups, DFT, and product manufacturability

• Debug design and process related yield and performance problems

• Design new load boards, probe cards and sockets

• Develop new DFT concepts and test techniques to improve test efficiency and reduce cost of test

Requirements：

• Bachelor degree or above, major in Electronic Engineering/Computer Science or other related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience.

Senior Rewards Specialist

Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities：

The job holder will be an Individual Contributor working with the China Rewards Manager and helping to manage and provide total Rewards solutions in China.

• Manage annual salary review cycle of Rewards processes.

• Help to manage Rewards programs & processes for China, including but not limited to market survey participation, annual renewal for benefits programs.

• Monitor market trend/government regulations on pay and benefits, and highlight need for appropriate policy/program changes.

• Drive implementation and communicate to employees on new or revised Rewards programs.

• Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely, accurate support for different programs.

• Partner closely with local HRBPs & Talent Acquisition team to provide support on any rewards related matters.

• Prepare detailed analysis and reports such as compensation analysis and annual benefits cost overview.

Requirements：

• Possess knowledge in C&B areas like market pricing, C&B systems and/or process development, job evaluation, pay planning, benefits program design & administration.

• Fluent in written and spoken English.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel.

• Strong analytical skills.

Global Logistic Quality

Location: Tianjin

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain global Logistics OMS work instructions to drive best practice and standard work.

• Maintain Logistics FMEA identification/update of primary failure modes, RPN and severity.

• Maintain and report Logistics quality incident database include arbitration of reported incidents based on contractual and fulfillment root case analysis.

• Communicate and manage project as a result of process change to Logistics OMS work instructions.

• Lead or participate the Customer complained incidents logistics related, provide expertise and guideline on corrective actions or quality/process improvement for operation sites.

• Share and standardize best practices of quality improvement from each sites,  drive for total logistics quality process improvement and standardization - ONE GLO,  ONE process.

• Extend or introduce the NXP Quality policy/methodologies (i.e stop&fix) into global logistics.

• Be benchmark of logistics market intelligences of same industry logistics quality standard/improvement and/or best quality related practices from global forwarder/carriers companies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in Electronic Engineering/Computer Science or other related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in quality role of logistics or manufacturing (Semiconductor related company).

• Strong communication skills with different global logistics locations.

• Strong project management skills and experience.

• Knowledge of quality tools ( 8D, 5Why, etc…), Green belt is required, black belt is preferred.

• Knowledge of semiconductor or relevant manufacturing process.
