Linux/Android BSP Engineer (Intern)

Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:

- Implement the Linux/Android BSP driver.

- Implement the compressive automation test cases to validate Linux/Android BSP drivers.

- Work with the Linux/Android BSP test team to close bugs as they arise.

Requirements:

- Master degree, major in computer science or electrical engineering.

- Experience in C, C++, Linux shell programming.

- Good Communication skills (Written and Verbal): Fluent English and native Mandarin are required.

Quality Engineer (Intern)

Location: Shanghai / Shenzhen

Responsibilities:

- CQC initiation for our customers.

- Sample reception / collection / distribution / weekly shipment system implementation.

- Weekly GC FQE individual EEN influx data monitor and release.

- Monthly GC overall, non GC initiation and GC FQE individual EEN reduction data collection.

- Export control register for all CQC shipment.

Requirements:

- Bachelor or master degree, major in computer science, electrical engineering or other related disciplines.

Analog/Mixed-Signal Design Engineer (Intern)

Responsibilities:

- Implement RTL design with good quality in gate count reduction, DFT coverage and timing closure.

- Implement digital part verification and IP level mixed signal verification.

- Work with analog designer on MSIP view generation and documentation delivery.

Requirements:

- Master degree in micro-electronics, electronic engineering or relevant disciplines.

- Good knowledge in Verilog, VHDL, System Verilog, System C or E, and script language.

- Familiar with Unix/Linux system and EDA tool from Cadence, Synopsis, Mentor for digital and analog development.

- Experience with one or more of the following is a plus:  power management, 8bit, 16bit or 32bit Micro-controller, ARM or AHB bus system, script languages.

- Basic knowledge of analog and mix-signal design and simulation is a plus.

- Good communication skills and teamwork for global projects support.

Customer Quality Engineer (Intern)

Responsibilities:

- Manage customer return process including problem solving process.

- Provide follow-up on all customer failure analyses, communication and issue resolution at all levels.

- Act as customer advocate for product quality. This includes customer and internal management communications and presentations, for customer and internal quality reviews.

Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Science.

- Demonstrated data analysis and problem solving skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills and ability to influence others.

- Process control and other six sigma tools knowledge.

- Ability to work independent.

- Overseas education and/or working experience are preferred.

Industrial Engineer (Intern)

Location: Tianjin

Responsibilities:

- Equipment capacity management. Manage the capacity for different departments and steps for different machine model, and maintain systems regularly.

- Equipment utilization management. Tracking the equipment utilization for production line and key steps, like wafer saw, die bonding, wire bonding, mold.

- Labor productivity management. Professional methods or tools are needed, like time study, motion study, to distribute man-power more scientific.

- Standard process time setting. Work with MFG, NPI team to define and test the standard process time (ASU & UPH) by device level.

- Facility space/ layout management. Space fully utilized and equipment layout optimization in order to optimize the routing for both labor and materials moving.

- Leveling production & Kanban management to make the conversion between different device groups more effective and consecutive, in order to improve the utilization for both labor and equipment.

- Eliminate or reduce waste due to transportation, inventory, motion, waiting, over production, over processing, defect for cost saving.

- With the help IE methods like Quality management, Process control, Six Sigma to satisfy the Total Quality request.

- Other IE improvement.

Process Engineer (Intern)

Location: Tianjin

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical solution in engineering to achieve yield, quality, cycle time and productivity goals.

- Investigate & analyze process & equipment, to implement engineering qual & project as required.

- Support FOL shift daily production.

- Lead improvement project.

- Set up new products program and follow up.

- Any other duties assigned by superior.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree, major in Mechanics, Electronics, Automation or Electronics Engineering is preferred.

- Hard working and diligent, good ownership and teamwork.

- Effective communication and feedback.

- Strong desire to learn more and good discipline.

- Good business English to work with cross functional/global team and good speaking is a plus.

- Process statistical control knowledge is preferred.

EHS System Engineer (Intern)

Responsibilities:

- EHS system maintenance.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above, major in IT related disciplines.

- IT related background, well known about Android and Java, it would be preferred to whom familiar with Grails.

Equipment Engineer (Intern)

Location: Tianjin

- Regular equipment maintenance and continues improvement.

- Keep product line equipment run efficiently.

- Make equipment related technical renovation for the aging or modification of the equipment.

- Analyze and resolve problem with equipment to reach zero defect.

- Coordinate with equipment supplier to improve equipment capacity.

- Be responsible for fault analysis, processing and transformation in the professional field.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical or Automation related major.

- Related working experience is preferred.

- Good communication and team spirit.

- Good command of English writing and reading.- Technical background.

Packaging Engineer (Intern)

Location:Tianjin

- Focus on IC (integrated circuit) packaging technology research and development.

- Work with global team to finish development projects.

- New packaging technology and related process development.

- Advanced material interface study.

- Advanced IC package failure analysis.

- Coordinate/lead development project independently.

- Communication/cooperation among global teams (US/Europe/Malaysia/Japan/France/etc.).

Requirements:

- Master degree, major in Metallic Materials Engineering, Polymer Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Automation.

- At least CET-4 degree or equivalent English level and CET-6 is preferred.

- Intention and capability to work in a cross-functional/global team environment.

- Independent R&D capability.

- Excellent English communication skill.

- Project management and team management experience in university social activities.

- Statistic analysis experience, GB/BB is preferred.

Product/Test Engineer (Intern)

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above, major in Electronic or Computer related major.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English (CET-6) and Mandarin require to liaise with global team.

- Experience/Education in Project Management will be an advantage

- Willing to learn, take on challenges and self-motivated.
