# System Engineering #

MPU System Engineer

Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:

-       Technical support for Asia customers on i.MX Linux BSP drivers, Android/Yocto platform and FreeRTOS.

-       Develop i.MX reference designs and create demo applications for Asia Market.

-       Provide in-depth Technical training to i.MX customers.

-       Create and review new product documentation such as AN, UG, RM, DS and etc.

-       Be reactive to the demands of customers and feedback requirements to engineering team.

-       Be responsible for system user case performance tuning and optimization.

-       Be responsible for the Technical feasibility analysis for new applications.

-       Work with the partners to create i.MX system applications.

-       Contribute to i.MX community and Linux/Android communities.

Requirements：

-       5+ years‘ experience on Application Processor is a must, experience on NXP BL EP processors is a good plus.

-       Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in computer science, electronic engineering or equivalent.

-       Hands-On experiences with Linux Kernel/BSP or Android is a must.

-       ISP calibration and tuning experience is a good plus.

-       AI/ML experience is a good plus.

-       Strong programming skills on C language.

-       Strong capability for trouble shooting.

-       Good embedded system level knowledge including both hardware and software.

-       Experience with GIT is desired.

-       Strong initiative and learning willingness.

-       Good English ability in listening, speaking, reading and writing.

-       Good communications and presentation skills.

Senior MCU System Engineer

Location: Beijing

Responsibilities:

-       Support new MCU product development and promotion by providing evaluation board design, system use case, example code, application notes, etc.

-       Develop reference solutions for our MCUs..

-       Provide technical support and training to our customers.

Requirements:

-       Over 2 years of experience in ARM Cortex-M based Microcontrollers, popular peripherals such as UART, SPI, I2C, Timers, ADC as well as RTOS.

-       Master’s degree, major in electronic engineering, telecommunication, computer science, or related.

-       Skilled in embedded software development in C.

-       Experience with NXP LPC/Kinetis MCU and SDK is a plus.

-       Experience with motor control or power conversion is a plus.

System Engineer

Location: Suzhou

Responsibilities:

-       Designing and implementing embedded system of wireless charging solution.

-       Designing, developing, coding, testing and debugging wireless charging system software.

-       Analyzing and enhancing efficiency, stability and scalability of system resources.

-       Supporting sales/marketer/FAE and distributor for wireless charging applications.

-       Providing wireless charging customer support according to customer requirements.

-       Interfacing with wireless charging hardware design and development.

-       Support designer, system architecture engineer and product marketer engineer for new product introduction.

Requirements：

-       Proven experience (2+ years) in embedded system design and implementation, and system with multitasking real-time OS is a plus, Automotive AutoSAR software design experience is a plus.

-       Bachelor or master degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines.

-       Experience in hands-on development and troubleshooting on embedded targets.

-       Experience in embedded system performance optimization, robust system design, etc.

-       Adequate knowledge of reading schematics and data sheets for components. Knowledge of the power electronics, experience in digital power converter design(such as DCDC converter, Half and Full bridge inverter, BUCK-BOOST and so on) is a plus.

-       Good understanding of microcontroller operation, microcontroller peripherals and systems (e.g. PWM outputs, A/D converters, etc.).

-       Understand calibration purpose and procedure in embedded system implementation.

-       Solid programming experience in C or C++. Writing ASM is a plus.

-       Familiar with software version control. Better to have experience of GIT.

ROM/Firmware Code Developer

-       ROM code development for NXP i.MX product family.

-       ROM Code design documentation including specification, design, test cases, test report.

-       ROM code pre-silicon verification and post-silicon validation.

-       Engaged with customer for ROM code related by working with FAE/AE team.

-       At least 1 year of proven experience as embedded software developer or firmware developer.

-       At least bachelor degree in Computing Science or Electrical Engineering.

-       Very skilled C programming language.

-       Lead analysis and solution development to drive new growth opportunities across a dynamic and innovative business environment comprised of wide range of service provider, OEM, ODM, Software development and integration entities.

-       Leverage critical thinking & sharp problem-solving skills to support the design & execution of new solutions.

-       Support and accelerate execution of strategic initiatives, working alongside leaders to ensure effective implementation, governance, communication and change management.

-       Structure and lead proof-of-concept and/or pilot engagements with technology and business partners.

Requirements：

-       Wireless 3GPP knowledge.

-       Familiarity with at least one of the following: network communications, processor architecture, embedded software, wireless technologies.

-       Strong preference for networking experience (routing, switching, datacenter, wireless infrastructure) and related communications protocols.

-       Strong understanding of SoC principles and components (memory interfaces, CPU architectures, USB, PCIe, SATA, etc).

-       Work with worldwide cross-functional teams on new silicon development from early phases of product definition onwards.

-       Proactively drive FAB process improvement to elevate NXP products yield by closely cooperate with Foundry/FEI team.

-       Thorough understanding of wafer process and interactions of process/class probe parameter variation to product performance/yield.

-       Define DOE/FA methods for root cause identification and problem-solving.

-       Execute the Reliability stress to qualify a new product and package, support NTI certification for new technologies.

-       Customer Quality incident resolution for NXP products.

Technical NPI Program Manager

-       Responsible for NPI Program overall planning, development targets, resource tracking and budget throughout the product life cycle.

-       1 years as Program / Project Manager on NPI projects.

-       Experience in one or more of the following areas - SoC design, SW development, product/test development or applications.

-       Program Management skills and experience in managing technical projects including hardware & software.

-       MS Project and/or Sciforma or other Product and Portfolio Management tool experience.
