You need to:
1、Work 6 hours each day. You may read, study, interact with others, or meditate at your free time.
2、Take part in the building activities of our workshops to learn how to make use of the‘waste’ and how to make your own house and garden
3、Take part in the daily activities and seasonal activities on our farm
你需要做：
1、每天参与6小时劳动，空闲时间可自主选择读书、交流、学习或禅修。
2、参与工作坊的建设过程，学习实践废物利用以及建造自己的房子和永续的菜园。
3、参与农场日常工作或季节性工作。
We are looking for someone who is:
1、Kind, honest and trust-worthy
2、18 years old or above
3、Havean open mind and willing to learn
4、Responsible and cooperative
5、Interested in natural agriculture and natural building, and loves country life and handwork
6、Some English skill is a plus
7、Volunteer time is minimum 30 days and maximum 6 months

Yuansu Building Workshop Plan in 2016
1、Construction of a Natural Education classroom, dorm building, a cafeteria and an eco-toilet
2、Practicein natural agriculture, and design and make a sustainable vegetable garden anda food forest education base
Materials:
Earth, straws, wood as themain materials. Prefer local, waste, or second hand materials. Make sure it isa sustainable design.
Construction:
Manually, plus mechanical processing at times when necessary.
原宿工作坊2016建造计划
1、自然教育大课室、宿舍、餐厅、生态厕所建造。
2、自然农法+永续菜园+食物森林教育基地设计实践。
材料：土、稻草、木头等为主要材料，材料使用本地化、废弃或二手旧物，环境友好、永续设计循环使用。
建造方式：手工为主，部分工序会借助机械加工。
Attention:
1、Yuansu provides various workshops and activities on an irregular basis all year long. We don’t accept new volunteer check in during workshop or activity times.Please contact us to finalize the check in time before your arrival.
2、Our farm is still under construction. We provide very simple room and board. Our food is mainly vegetarian. If you have very high expectation for room and board, please think twice before your apply.
3、We practice natural farming and have our own vegetable garden. But as of this moment, we cannot guarantee all our food materials are natural farming products. We still need to purchase from outside source sometimes. If you only eat natural farming products, please think twice before you apply.
4、People on our farm (including workshop teachers and students, volunteers and visitors)may come from different countries, regions, ethnicities, cultures and backgrounds. Therefore, an accepting and welcoming mind plus patience are necessary. We need to understand and accept the differences among each individual.
5、We rather not have any volunteer than have unqualified ones. Please read each and every word carefully in this article. We will not answer questions that are covered in this article. We will reply your application only if you show your sincerity.
注意事项
1、农场会不定期开设各类课程或活动，活动期间不接受志愿者报到，请提前和农场方联系确认报到时间。
2、农场初建，住宿简单，平时素食为主，对食宿条件有过高期望者请谨慎报名。
3、农场实践自然农法，有自己的菜园，但暂不能保证所有食材均为自然农产品，需部分外购，对此有苛刻要求者请谨慎报名。
4、农场来往人员（学员、导师、志愿者及参访者）可能会来自不同国家、不同民族和地域，会有文化、语言、风俗、习惯的差别，需要大家怀有一颗彼此接纳和宽容的心，具有耐心及同情心，可以接纳不同的文化及习惯，对可能会存在的认识或行为差异有足够的包容理解。
5、我们坚持宁缺毋滥原则，请认真阅读公告所有内容，公告中已经涉及问题恕不再一一解答，并且认真填写申请表，我们也会认真审核您的申请并作出回复。

1. Accept Yuansu’s values and be willing to practice environmental and ecological lifestyle.
2. Love nature and earth. Leave trash only at the designated area.
3. Love and take good care of all animals and be gentle to all life forms.
4. If you have to use plastic things, please wash them and keep them away in designated areas.
5. All trash/garbage will be classified.
6. We don’t provide any disposable items on the farm.
7. Accept different cultures, customs and habits.
8. Be responsible for your own behaviors, respect others’ work, and try not to make trouble for others.
9. Any other things that are good for our planet please abide.
Important Notice: Do not throw cigarettes and plastics on the ground or in the water as they con taminate soil and water.
