热烈庆贺众智科技船机产品获得美国ABS船机认证并取得ABS证书，与此同时，船用机旁控制柜MGCP100B（L）-2也获得了ABS的认可，并且众智科技船用柴油机控制器和模块类产品拥有了5年内免检销售的资质。
由招商局重工（江苏）有限公司监制的CHMI-186项目海上风电安装船，该项目要求ABS船机认证，目前已进入电站设备船检验收阶段，电站是由4台潍柴16M33“V”型发电机组组成，单台机组功率为1300kW，电站总容量为5.2MW，发电机组机旁装配了众智科技专为船用电喷机研制的MGCP100L-2型（ABS船机认证）柴油机控制箱，实现主发电机组的自动起停、发动机安全保护和ECM参数监控功能，主控制单元选用HMC9000A发动机控制器，可广泛应用于船用应急、主推、主发等电喷或非电喷发电机组的柴油发动机自动化系统。
控制箱内置的RPU560B安保模块能够独立运行保护发动机正常运转，DOUT16B开关量输出扩展模块可以满足发电机组更多的报警量输出，能够让用户更加全面的了解发电机组的状态。

Good News | ABS Certificate for SmartGen Marine Products
Warmly congratulate marine products of SMARTGEN (ZHENGZHOU) TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD have obtained ABS certification, marine local control cabinet MGCP100B(L)-2 has also obtained ABS approval, and SmartGen marine diesel engine controller and module products have been exempted from inspection for 5 years.
The offshore wind power installation vessel of CHMI-186 project, which is supervised by China Merchants Heavy Industry (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd, requires ABS certification and has entered ship inspection and acceptance stage of power station equipment. The power station consists of four Weichai 16M33 “V” gensets with a single power of 1300kW, and a total capacity of 5.2MW. MGCP100L-2 (ABS certification) diesel engine control box specially developed for marine ECU is equipped next to genset, which realizes automatic start and stop of main genset, engine safety protection and ECM parameter monitoring functions. The main control unit adopts HMC9000A engine controller, which can be widely used in diesel engine automation system for ECU or non-ECU gensets such as marine emergency, main propulsion, DG, etc.
RPU560B module in the control box can operate independently to protect the normal operation of the engine, and DOUT16B module can realize more alarms output of genset, which can allow users to understand genset status more comprehensively.
For more than ten years of efforts, MGCP100B/L-2 diesel engine control box that is specially developed by SmartGen for marine diesel engine can be widely used in offshore platform, offshore wind power booster station, luxury yachts, container ship, full-rotating tugs and other ships.
