建筑位于曼谷的“心脏”地带，双层阁楼坐拥270度的城市景观。俯瞰隆皮尼公园郁郁葱葱的原野，这座住宅占地5000平方英尺，拥有1100平方英尺的户外露台和一个私人游泳池。它作为一对繁忙的夫妇远离喧嚣的休闲度假住所。

Located in the heart of Bangkok, this sleek two-storey penthouse has 270-degree views of the city. Overlooking the lush grounds of Lumpini Park, the contemporary home spans 5,000 square feet and features a1,100-square-foot outdoor terrace with aprivate swimming pool. A stylish sanctuary with a cosmopolitan edge, it serves as a holiday escape for a busy couple.

踏入宽敞的双层客厅，仿佛立即进入优雅的绿洲中。空间散发出宁静的奢华气息，采用丰富的材质，并点缀着微妙的色彩。落地玻璃窗的高度超过6米，自然采光充盈整个空间。傍晚时分，城市美景形成了生动背景。

Stepping into the expansive double-height living room, one is immediately transported into an elegant oasis. Exuding quiet opulence, space was designed with arich palette of materials punctuated with subtle bursts of colour. Floor-to-ceiling window sreaching more than 6 metres in heightflood the space with natural light.By early evening, views of the city form avibrant back drop to the luxurious interiors.

Hermès Sellier Sofa

客厅中央悬挂着2.5米长的吊灯，由复杂的水晶叶子制成。雕塑式的轮廓映衬在青铜色大理石上，摇曳生姿。客厅使用法国品牌沙发，爱马仕橙、肉桂色与藤制工艺的搭配趋近完美。

A2.5-metre-long chandelier made of intricate crystal leaves takes centre stage in the living room. The sculptural form is silhouetted against a backlit blue-toned marble wall with bronze niches. Below it sits astriking cinnamon and fawn sofa trimmed in cane by French fashion house Hermès.

就餐区延续使用以叶为主题的枝形吊灯，它漂浮在镶嵌着黑色大理石的胡桃木餐桌上。由Roberto Cavalli设计的深灰色陶瓷地砖配以红色，统一了两个区域。同时，窗边包裹着金属马赛克瓷砖的柱子，增加了空间的宏伟感。

The adjacent formal dining area is an chored by a second leaf-themed chandelier which floats above awalnut dining table inlaid with black marble.Dark grey ceramic floor tiles with red accents by Roberto Cavalli unify the two areas. Meanwhile, a tall pillar by the window clad inmetallic mosaic tiles adds a sense of grandeur.

在空间的另一侧，曲面吧台包着的绒面皮革配以Poltrona Frauand亮橙色皮革吧椅，以天然大理石板为背景。休闲吧背景墙的隐藏门通往化妆间，客房和浴室。

On the opposite side of the room, a curved bar clad invinyl suede leatheris paired with bright orange leather chairs by Poltrona Frauand set against a back drop of natural marble slabs. A door way beside the bar area leads to a concealed powder room,guest bedroom and bathroom. 

对于那些美食和美酒鉴赏家来说，精致的开放式厨房和非正式用餐区是住宅空间的重中之重，该空间可通向广阔的露台。以六边形为主题的木质马赛克背景墙引人注目，米其林星级厨师经常应邀为家人和朋友展示厨艺。推拉门通向一个室外用餐空间，该用餐空间位于12米长的游泳池和室外玻璃房旁，玻璃房是配有卡拉OK系统和麻将桌的娱乐休息室。后面是一个带按摩床，桑拿浴室和室外淋浴的小型水疗中心。

For the owners who are food and wine connoisseurs, the heart ofthe homeis the sophisticated open-plan kitchen and informal dining area which opens out onto the vast terrace. A hexagon-themed wood mosaic forms a dramatic backdrop for the social hub where Michelin-star chefs are often invited to cook for family and friends. Sliding doors open up to an outdoor dining space perched beside a 12-metre-long pool and outdoor glass house which serves as an entertainment lounge equipped with a karaoke system and mahjong table. In the back is a small spa with a massage bed, sauna and outdoor shower.

休息区空间位于一楼，可容纳主人套房和两间客卧。大理石楼梯通向夹层书房，可俯瞰用餐区，并享有城市一览无余的景观。主卧室的衣帽间采用深色调的橡木，营造出舒适温馨的环境。房间设有宽敞的书房和迷你吧。主浴室则铺有灰色大理石，并配有水晶玻璃和不锈钢吊灯。

The home’s private spaces are housed on the first floor which accommodates the master suite and two guest bedrooms.A marble staircase leads to the mezzanine study which overlooks the dining area and has unobstructed views of the city. The jewel box of a master bedroom has a dark, moody palette with dark oak sweeping across the floors and walls creating a cosy, warm environment. The room featuresa spacious study nook, walk-in closet and minibar area. The master bathroom is clad entirely in grey marble and features a crystal glass and stainless-steel chandelier.

客卧空间的设计更加用心细致，充满绿松石色的客卧，其墙壁采用蓝色织物包覆，而床头板采用皮革软垫。同时，第二间客卧采用深紫色和大地色系。精致而低调，每一个空间都注入了奢华的装饰。最终形成了大胆而周到的现代设计。

Among the brightest rooms is a turquoise-toned guest bedroom featuring walls clad in blue fabric and a tactile vinyl leatherupholstered headboard. Meanwhile, the second guest bedroom has a sophisticated dark purple and earth coloured palette. At once refined and understated, every aspect of the home is infused with luxury. What has resulted is a space that balances bold contemporary detailing with thoughtful,soulful design.
