Online Chat User Guide
法律图书馆丨闭馆&线上咨询服务
图书馆将于本月18日进行闭馆，计划于本月20日进行整修。开馆时间将另行通知。
The library will be closed on July 18 until further notice. The renovation is planned to start on July 20.
为在闭馆期间满足读者需求，图书馆将提供线上咨询服务。线上咨询服务将于每周一至周五，工作时间为早上九点至十二点、下午两点至五点。您也可以在非工作时间在对话框中向我们留言（如下图）。或通过邮件（邮箱地址law-ref@stl.pku.edu.cn）与我们联系。
In order to support your research needs during the closure, the library provides online chat service. The online service hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 12:00pm and 2:00pm to 5:00pm. If the service is offline, you can also submit your questions on the chat window (see pics below) or contact us at law-ref@stl.pku.edu.cn.

Step 1
打开STL法律图书馆网站: https://
lrcguides.stl.pku.edu.cn/library。
Go to the STL Law Library website：
https://lrcguides.stl.pku.edu.cn/library
Step 2
点击网页左侧“Live Chat”。
Click “Live Chat” on the left side of the page.
Step 3
在弹出的对话框中依次输入姓名和联系方式（建议填邮箱）。
When the dialog box pops up, enter your name and contact information (prefer email).
Step 4
等待连接。
Wait for a librarian to connect.
Step 5
填写需要咨询的问题，等待回复。
注：只回答图书馆的相关问题喔！回复时间可能根据需要解答的具体问题内容有所调整，但我们会尽快在24小时内回复~
Type your message in the box.
p.s. The librarians only answer questions about library related issues! The response time may vary depending on specific questions, but we will reply within 24 hours as soon as possible~
