志愿者年终大事记

为爱前行，永不停步。

香港中文大学（深圳）热爱志愿服务的小伙伴在2018年经历了什么呢？

截止目前，协会注册人数已达1406人，2018年新增义工874人。2018年，完成4场深圳注册义工培训，组织49个不同主题的志愿者活动，参与人数共计2642。

What did student volunteers experience in 2018？

Up to now, 1406 people registered in the Volunteer Association and 874 new volunteers registered. In 2018, the CUHK-Shenzhen Volunteer Association has completed 4 volunteer training. 49 volunteer activities with different themes were held and 2642 participants joined in the activities throughout the year.

2018年，港中大（深圳）志愿者服务了包括迎新、综合评价、EPC报到、新生舞会、中秋国庆晚会和亚杰创业家沙龙等学校大型活动。2019年，我们期待更多志愿者的加入。

Volunteers offered services on Orientation Day，Registration Day, Freshman Welcome Dance, Mid-Autumn Festival Gala and other activities. In 2019, we are looking forward to more people to join us.

深圳义工注册方式

1. 注册成为预备深圳义工：

登录【志愿深圳】官网http://v.sva.org.cn/；

选择主组织：香港中文大学（深圳）志愿者协会。

注册义工后可获得一组7位临时义工号。

注意：

(1) 个人注册信息需真实准确；

(2) 证件照需标准白底免冠证件照。

2. 成为正式深圳义工：

参加深圳市义工联或香港中文大学（深圳）组织的新义工培训+服务满10小时即可成为正式义工，获得10位数正式义工号。

3. 志愿者活动报名：

活动报名请关注[e-mail]发送的邮件或OSA公众号。或可在【志愿深圳】网站上报名参加校外组织的志愿活动。

How to become a Shenzhen Volunteer

1. Register as a Shenzhen preparatory volunteer:

Log on “Volunteer Shenzhen” website http://v.sva.org.cn/；Or follow the “Volunteer Shenzhen” WeChat official account to register and choose the organization: CUHK-Shenzhen Volunteer Association. 

After registry, you will get a 7-letter volunteer code as a preparatory volunteer number.

Reminds

:1) Personal registration information should be true and correct;

2) Acquiring standard bareheaded identification photo with white background.

2. Becoming the regular Shenzhen volunteer:

After attending the new volunteers’ training and service of Shenzhen Volunteer Federation or CUHK-Shenzhen for 10 hours, you could become a regular volunteer and get a 10-letter regular volunteer code.

3. Voluntary Activities’ Registration:

To apply for voluntary activities, please pay attention to the emails sent by [e-mail] or OSA WeChat official account. Registration of off-campus voluntary activities through “Volunteer Shenzhen” website is also feasible.
