2019年12月新冠肺炎爆发以来，疫情已对全球社会经济生活带来了重大影响，全球确诊病例超过1亿。但在来势汹汹的疫情面前，我们同样也看到了各个国家和组织之间的互帮互助，在这一过程中许多国家组织都积累了宝贵的抗疫经验。同时人类也看到了让生活重回正轨的曙光——疫苗。
人文社科学院将于3月12日召开模拟会议，本次模拟会议的主题为“新冠抗疫峰会暨全球疫苗合作论坛”。届时，来自不同国家和组织的“代表”与“学者”将发表主题演讲，分享各国和各组织的抗疫经验，介绍与疫苗相关的各个流程。人文社科学院翻译专业（笔译/口译）和同声传译文学硕士项目的研究生将与会进行口译实践，翻译老师将进行专业点评。
The outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic has exerted great influence to our society and economy. The confirmed cases worldwide are already more than 100 million. Despite the overwhelming pandemic, we can see cooperation among countries and organizations and precious anti-pandemic experience are accumulated. Now we also see the hope to get our life back to normal --- the vaccines.
On March 12th, HSS is going to hold Mock Conference I: Coronavirus Response Summit & Global Vaccine Cooperation Forum. Speakers from different countries and organizations will give keynote speeches, sharing their experience to fight coronavirus and introducing each step in vaccine production and distribution. MAT&I and MASI postgraduates will play the roles and provide consecutive and simultaneous interpreting service. Professors and teachers will be invited to give comments.
