乘坐南航雅加达-深圳航班在入境中国前，每位旅客除了在雅加达起飞前申请中国驻印尼大使馆“HS/HDC绿码”和深圳防疫部门需要的“入境深圳专属二维码”。此外，按中国海关入境要求，还需要申请“中国海关码”。

“中国海关码“只在申报后24小时内有效，建议旅客在雅加达机场办理值机手续确认具体座位号码后再填报“中国海关码“，而成功提交后也需截图二维码保留，在登机前出示给机场工作人员，以及在到达深圳后出示给深圳海关。为了减少旅客填写困难及避免操作失误导致需重新填写而造成到达深圳后入境通关缓慢，特别提示申请“中国海关码”操作需要重点注意项目如下：

Before departure from Jakarta, every passenger of China Southern Airlines Jakarta to Shenzhen flight needs to apply for the China Embassy’s requirement of "HS/HDC Green Code" and Shenzhen relevant quarantine department requires for "Shenzhen Entry Declaration". In addition, according to the entry requirements of the China Customs, the passengers also need to apply for the "China Customs Code".

"China Customs Code" is only valid within 24 hours after declaration. Therefore, passengers are advised to apply “China Customs Code” after completing the check-in procedures and confirm the specific seat number of your flight at Jakarta International Airport. Moreover, after successfully submit, must take a screenshot of the QR code, show it to the airport staff before boarding and Shenzhen Customs staff after arrival. In order to reduce the difficulties when filling the requirements, and to avoid the need to resubmit due to mistaken data which might cause the procedure of customs clearance after arrival in Shenzhen, there are some important tips when applying for the “China Customs Code” are as follows:

2.在出/入境类项目，必选“入境”中国。填写个人信息项目，需特注意以下：

•中国国籍旅客必填汉字姓名；

•“国籍” 项目必填写本人所属国籍，而非始发国家；

•港澳台居民注意使用通行证填写证件类型，不能使用护照；

•护照号码没有字母 ”O“ 和 ”I“，只有数字 ”0“ 和 ”1“（中国籍护照）

In the Entry/Exit Information section, required to select "Entry" China. When filling the Personal Information section, should pay more attention on below informations:

•Chinese nationality passengers must fill “Name” in Chinese characters;

•"Nationality" must fill your own Nationality, not the country of origin;

•Residents of Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan should use the travel document to fill in the type of document and ID number, DO NOT use passport;

•The passport number does not have the letters “O” and “I”, only the numbers “0” and “1” (especially for Chinese Passport)

3.填写其它信息项目，需特注意以下：

•按登机牌上填写具体航班号和座位号；

•填写 “有效手机号” 和 “其他境内有效联系人” 请尽量不要填同样一个手机号，而且需填国内手机号码；

•填写 “其他境内有效联系人” 必填写联系人的具体姓名；

•填写 “境内居住地址” 必详细填写地址至具体门牌号；也可填身份证上的地址。若目的地不是家里而入住外面酒店必填写酒店具体省市区街道门牌号，不能只填酒店名称。

When filling the Other Information section, should pay more attention on below informations:

•Fill in the specific flight and seat number according to the boarding pass;

•DO NOT fill in the "Mobile or Landline number” and “Contact persons in China” with the same mobile phone number, and at least one of them should be China domestic phone number;

•The “Name” of “Contact person in China” must be specifically filled in;

•In “Specify the address in China” section should fill the China address in detail, includes unit number. If you are staying in a hotel, should fill the hotel's specific province, city, and street number, DO NOT only fill the hotel name.

4.在“过去14日内至今，旅居国家和地区”项目，请按自己实际情况填写。

入境中国只填 “添加国家（地区）和城市” 部分，而把“添加国内（含港澳台）地址”部分删除

In the "Countries (regions) have you visited during the past 14 days" section, please fill in according to your actual situation. Entry China only need to fill the “Add other countries (regions)” part and delete the "Add domestic address" part

5.填写“您是否接种过新型冠状病毒疫苗？”选项，需要注意以下：

In the “Have you been injected with COVID-19 vaccine?” section, should pay more attention on below informations:

若“已完成全程接种” ，请在 “全程接种日期” 填写最后一针时间

If you have fully vaccinated, please fill the date of your last vaccine dose.

若 “未完成全程接种” ，请填写已接种剂次日期即可

If you have not been fully vaccinated, please fill the specify date of your vaccination.

6.最后填写所有信息完毕后，勾选“本人已阅知本申明卡所列事项”

然后点击 “提交申报”

After filling in all the information, and tick “I hereby certify that all above information”

Then click “Declare” to submit.
