近日，蚂蜂窝旅行网（以下简称“蚂蜂窝”）宣布其完成了1.33亿美元的D轮融资，本轮融资由鸥翎投资、美国泛大西洋资本集团、淡马锡、元钛长青基金和厚朴基金共同领衔，原股东今日资本、启明资本和高瓴资本继续跟投。

AnJie Advised on Yuantai on Mafengwo’s Series D Round of Financing
Recently, Beijing Mafengwo Network Technology Co., Ltd. (“Mafengwo”) announced it had completed its Series D round of financing amounting of US$133 million, which was led by Ocean Link, General Atlantic, Temasek, Yuantai Investment Partners and HOPU Fund, and was participated by existing investors including Capital Today, Qiming Venture Partners and Hillhouse Capital.
Mafengwo provides high-quality travel information and products-booking service, as well as the efficient global travel guideline and relevant service. It’s a leading online platform for self-guided tour in PRC.
