一、有无年龄及其它要求？
3周岁及以上满足接种条件的在昆明市域范围内工作、学习或生活的外籍人士，在自愿申请、知情同意前提下接种第一剂次和第二剂次中国产新冠病毒灭活疫苗。
18周岁以上满足接种条件的在昆明市域范围内工作、学习或生活的外籍人士，在自愿申请、知情同意前提下接种中国产新冠病毒灭活疫苗加强针。
二、接种何种疫苗？
本市目前使用的是中国产新冠病毒灭活疫苗，全程需要接种3剂。本次接种服务为接种第一剂、第二剂及加强剂均可。
三、如何预约接种?
1.可通过以下方式预约接种：学生向所在学校申报，学校收集整理出需接种的外籍人员名单后统一向定点医院预约，学校预约时需向医院提供预约名单；其他在昆外籍人士自行向定点医院预约。

四、什么时间接种？
第一剂次及加强针为：
2022年4月14-15日（每天09:00—17:00）；
第二剂次及加强针为：
2022年5月9-10日（每天09:00—17:00）。
五、需要提供什么证件？
外籍人士预约报名时需提供有效证件信息，接种现场凭中华人民共和国永久居留身份证或护照及有效停居留证件接种，确保每次接种日相关证件仍在有效期内。已参加医保的，须携带有效医保参保凭证（社会保障卡）及社会保障卡复印件一份。
六、需要交费吗？
已参加我国社会保障医疗保险的外籍人士，现场出示医保参保凭证（社会保障卡），即可免费接种。未参加我国社会保障医疗保险的外籍人士如有接种意愿，需个人自费接种，费用为100元/剂次（含疫苗费、接种服务费），仅限人民币现金支付。
七、接种完成后有什么注意事项？
接种完成后需在接种点留观区观察30分钟，无不适症状方可离开；接种后如出现严重不良反应，及时前往医院就医。
八、接种凭证怎么领取？
接种完成后，可向接种点工作人员索取接种凭证。
COVID-19 Vaccination Services Available to Foreigners in Kunming since April 14
In accordance with the requirements of thecentral and provincial governments for unified epidemic prevention and control,and in order to meet the demands of foreigners for vaccination, the vaccinationservices are now available to foreigners who are willing to be vaccinated.Below is some information for the services.
I. Is there any agelimits or other requirements?
Foreigners aged 3 andabove who work, study or reside in Kunming and are eligible for vaccination mayvoluntarily apply for the first and second doses of domestically-developedinactivated COVID-19 vaccines on an informed consent basis.
Foreigners aged 18 andabove who work, study or reside in Kunming and are eligible for vaccination mayvoluntarily apply for the booster dose of domestically-developed inactivatedCOVID-19 vaccines on an informed consent basis.
II. What kind ofvaccines will be given?
Domestically-developedinactivated COVID-19 vaccines are used currently for people in the city. Threedoses are required for the entire vaccination process. The first, second andbooster doses are available in the vaccination service.
III. How can I make anappointment for vaccination?
1. Foreigners inKunming can make an appointment for vaccination through the following channels:international students should file an application via their schools. After thelist of students needing vaccination is made, the schools will make a groupappointment with the designated hospital based on the list. Other foreignersshould consult and make an appointment with the designated hospital bythemselves.

IV. What is theschedule of vaccination for foreigners?
For the first andbooster doses:

V. What documentsshould be provided?
Foreigners need toprovide their valid IDs when making an appointment for vaccination. Pleasepresent your Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card of the People’s Republic ofChina or passport and valid stay/residence permit at the vaccination site.Those who have been covered by medical insurance plan should bring a validmedical insurance participation certificate (Social Security Card) and aphotocopy of the Social Security Card. Please make sure that the relevantdocuments are valid on the date of vaccination.
VI. Do I need to payfor the vaccination?
Foreigners who havebeen covered by China’s social security and medical insurance plan will receivevaccination free of charge by presenting their medical insurance participationcertificate (Social Security Card) at the vaccination site. Those who have notshould bear the cost of 100 yuan/dose (including vaccine fee and vaccinationservice fee), and cash payment in RMB only.
VII. What care shouldI take after the vaccine shots?
After receiving thevaccine shot, you need to stay in the observation area for 30 minutes at thevaccination site and may only leave when there is no sign of discomfort. If youhave severely adverse symptoms after vaccination, please seek for medicalattention and report to the designated hospital immediately.
VIII. How do I get thevaccination certificate?
After the vaccinationis completed, you may request the vaccination certificate from the staff of thedesignated hospital.
