关于首都领地及北领地中国公民接种疫苗需注意的事项

一、接种人群

　　澳大利亚自今年2月启动新冠肺炎疫苗接种，目前首都领地疫苗接种处于1a阶段和1b阶段,年龄40岁及以上者可以接种疫苗。北领地中国公民接种疫苗请参考当地政府网站。

二、首都领地疫苗接种地点

2、Calvary Public Hospital COVID-19 vaccination clinic

三、预约接种（首都领地）

1、使用首都领地政府预约系统MyDHR

2、拨打首都领地政府新冠疫苗接种专线0251247700 ，早7点到晚7点，每天运营。

3、部分全科医生诊所接受预约（可通过Vaccine Eligibility Checker查看）

4、Winnunga Nimmityjah Aboriginal Health and Community Services

四、澳卫生部疫苗接种证明申请方式

（一）、在线及电话方式（适用于14岁以上人群）：

1、通过myGov

登陆Medicare online account 

（https://www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/individuals/services/medicare/medicare-online-accounts）

2、Medicare mobile app 

（https://www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/individuals/services/medicare/express-plus-medicare-mobile-app）　　

3、假设您无法登陆Medicare，您的疫苗提供者可为您打印疫苗接种证明。

4、请致电1800 653 809联系澳大利亚免疫登记处（Australian Immunisation Register，简称：AIR）（https://www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/individuals/contact-us/phone-us）获取疫苗接种证明。

（二）、不适用Medicare人群的申请方式

请您先申请Individual Healthcare Identifiers

（https://www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/individuals/services/medicare/individual-healthcare-identifiers），

然后注册My Health Record

（https://www.myhealthrecord.gov.au/for-you-your-family/howtos/register-for-my-health-record），

最后通过My Health Record来获取疫苗接种证明。
