摘 要

百年探索史、奋斗史深刻昭示，中国共产党为什么能，中国特色社会主义为什么好，归根到底是因为马克思主义行。习近平总书记倡导中国共产党人要把“马克思主义哲学作为看家本领”，其背后蕴含历史、现实与理论的深刻逻辑必然性：它既是新时代中国共产党人对学习和运用马克思主义哲学这一光辉传统予以承继的历史必然；也是新时代中国共产党人以哲学思维有效化解改革发展问题的现实必然；还是新时代中国共产党人透视马克思主义哲学之于马克思主义中国化的认识前提与方法论意义，发挥马克思主义哲学普遍持久的指导作用以深入推进马克思主义中国化的理论必然。

Abstract

The history of 100 years of exploration and struggle shows that, at the fundamental level, the capability of the Communist Party of China and the strengths of socialism with Chinese characteristics are attributable to the fact that Marxism works. General Secretary Xi Jinping advocates that China’s Communists should regard Marxist philosophy as a special skill, which contains deep logical necessity of history, reality and theory. It is a historical necessity for China’s Communists in the new era to inherit the glorious tradition of learning and applying Marxist philosophy. It is also a realistic necessity for China’s Communists in the new era to effectively resolve the problems of reform and development with the philosophical thinking. It is also a theoretical necessity for China’s Communists in the new era to see through the cognitive premise and methodological significance of Marxist philosophy for the Sinicization of Marxism, and to give full play to the universal and lasting guiding role of Marxist philosophy in order to further promote the Sinicization of Marxism.

作者简介刘同舫，法学博士，教育部长江学者特聘教授，浙江大学马克思主义学院院长、教授、博士研究生导师，一级学科带头人，浙江大学“文科领军人才”，浙江大学马克思主义理论研究所所长。享受国务院政府特殊津贴，入选国家“万人计划”哲学社会科学领军人才、全国文化名家暨“四个一批”人才、“国家百千万人才工程”国家级人才，被授予“国家有突出贡献中青年专家”，担任中央马克思主义理论研究与建设工程首席专家、国家社科基金重大项目首席专家，获评全国“高校思想政治理论课教师年度影响力标兵人物”，获评“浙江省优秀教师”等。兼任教育部高等学校马克思主义理论类专业教学指导委员会委员等社会职务，被多所高校聘为兼职教授，受邀担任多家期刊编委。主要研究领域为马克思主义哲学。在《中国社会科学》《哲学研究》《教育研究》《马克思主义研究》《光明日报》《人民日报》等报刊发表学术论文和理论文章200多篇，其中在《中国社会科学》发表论文9篇，被《新华文摘》《中国社会科学文摘》等转摘100多篇次；出版学术专著、译著、教材17部；主持国家社科基金项目7项、省部级项目14项，优秀等级结题7项、免于鉴定6项；获教育部人文社会科学研究优秀成果奖一等奖等省部级以上奖励11项。

伟大建党精神的内涵特征、时代价值与弘扬路径

The Connotation and Characteristics,The Value of The Times and The Carry Forward Path of The Great Founding Spirit of The Party

摘 要

坚持真理、坚守理想，践行初心、担当使命，不怕牺牲、英勇斗争，对党忠诚、不负人民的伟大建党精神，集中体现了中国共产党人的理想追求、初心使命、政治品格；伟大建党精神具有持续的先进性、鲜明的实践性、彻底的革命性、突出的政治性等鲜明特征，是新时代育人的精神武器、强党的精神之源、强国的精神动力。继承和发扬伟大建党精神须从知情意行四维着手，即以“坚持真理、坚守理想”为立足点，从认知上坚定理想信念；以“对党忠诚、不负人民”为连接点，从情感上促进爱党爱民；以“不畏牺牲、勇于斗争”为着力点，从意志上锤炼风骨品质；以“践行初心、担当使命”为落脚点，从行动上强化使命担当。

Abstract

The great founding spirit of the Party, which is comprised of the following principles:upholding truth and ideals, staying true to our original aspiration and founding mission, fighting bravely without fear of sacrifice, and remaining loyal to the Party and faithful to the people,embodies the ideal pursuit, original aspiration, mission and political character of the Chinese Communists.This spirit,with ideological advanced nature, distinct practical, thoroughly revolutionary, and prominent political characteristics,is the spiritual weapon for educating people in the new era, the spiritual source of strengthening the Party, and the spiritual driving force of becoming a strong country.To inherit and carry forward the great spirit of founding the Party, we must start from cognition,emotion,will and action.Firstly,take "upholding truth and ideals" as the foothold, confirm ideals and beliefs from the cognitive.Secondly,regard "remaining loyal to the Party and faithful to the people" as the connection point, emotionally promote the love of the Party and the people.Thirdly, to "fighting bravely without fear of sacrifice" as the focus, from the will to temper the character and quality.Fourthly,with "staying true to our original aspiration and founding mission" as the goal, strengthen the mission from action.

作者简介蒲清平，重庆大学马克思主义学院教授，博士研究生导师，现任重庆大学环境学院党委书记，兼全国大学生思想政治发展研究中心特约研究员、中国青年志愿者协会理事。主要从事大学生思想政治教育研究，主持国家社科基金和省部级以上科研项目20余项，在《光明日报》《中国高等教育》《思想教育研究》等刊物公开发表学术论文100余篇，获国家教学成果二等奖和多项省部级科研成果奖。
