主讲人简介：

蓝虹，女，畲族，经济学博士，中国人民大学经济学博士后,美国纽约大学绿色金融博士后，中国人民大学生态金融研究中心副主任，中国人民大学环境学院环境经济学教授、绿色金融博士生导师。2017-2020年挂职担任贵安新区绿色金融管委会主任。中国环境科学学会绿色金融分会副主任、中国环保产业协会绿色金融专业委员会副主任、国际经济学会理事、联合国环境署可持续金融行动机构高级学术顾问、世界银行绿色金融专家、亚洲开发银行绿色金融专家、农工民主党北京市委资源环境专委会副主任，农工民主党中央资源环境专委会委员。被评为“2015年度中国人文社科最具影响力青年学者”。是中国最早从事绿色金融研究与实践的学者之一。

Lan Hong, female, SHE Nationality, Ph.D. in Economics, Postdoctoral Fellow of New York University, Director of Eco-finance Research Center of Renmin University of China, Professor of Environment School of Renmin University of China, Doctoral Supervisor of PhD student of Green Finance. Deputy Director of Green Finance Branch of Chinese Society for Environmental Sciences. Senior Academic Adviser of the UNEP Sustainable Financial Initiative, Green Finance Expert of World Bank and Asian Development Bank. Deputy Director of Beijing Municipal Committee on Resources and Environment and Member of the Central Committee on Resources and Environment of the Chinese Peasants' and Workers' Democratic Party. she is the first scholars to engage in green finance research and practice in China. She was named "the most influential young scholar of Chinese Humanities and Social Sciences in 2015".
