HR 实习生
招聘人数：1人
工作地：北京
实习补助：1500元/月
Main Duties ＆ Responsibilities
Assist the recruitment procedure, including the job opening, application collection and test/interview organization.
Support the staff profile archive management.
Support the leave management.
东亚地区代表处坐标永安里，地铁一号线直达。
Desired Profile ＆ Skills
University degree or equivalent in HR Management, English or Administration Management
Excellent communication skill, both in oral and written
Good in self-driven and detail oriented.
Good team player.
Good computer skill especially MS office
About Us
The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) works worldwide to provide humanitarian assistance to people affected by conflict and armed violence. We take action in response to emergencies and at the same time promote respect for international humanitarian law. We are an independent and neutral organization, and our mandate stems essentially from the Geneva Conventions of 1949. We work closely with National Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies and with their International Federation in order to ensure a concerted, rational and rapid humanitarian response to the needs of the victims of armed conflict or any other situation of internal violence. We direct and coordinate the international activities conducted in these situations.
The ICRC Regional Delegation for East Asia covers China, DPRK, South Korea, and Mongolia. The delegation’s main task is to promote awareness and implementation of international humanitarian law, the legal framework that seeks to minimize human suffering caused by war. The delegation also aims to familiarize governments, experts, national Red Cross societies and civil society with the ICRC’s humanitarian work and emergency response around the world.
